Oh cmon. We all know the Democrats aren't like those evil oil baron Republicans. They're have lotsa hope n change and are all honest and ethical and warm and fuzzy n stuff.

What Bush (or Clinton, Or Reagan, or freakin Harry Truman did) has relevance because it shaped where we are today!

So you justify the broken promises of Pelosi with the broken promises of Bush? I thought you were better than that. Didn't your parents teach you that two wrongs don't make a right? Someone has to take the first step so let's break the cycle of broken campaign promises starting with the Democrats/Liberals.

I think the point is that all politicans are generally lying sacks of dung. Amzing we didnt reverse the cycle in the last 8 years :wacko:

 

tosberg it has little to do with left versus right as much as all of us getting screwed by career politicans and the businesses they represent.

its the partisan voters as well. righties were saying Have to agree here!! for the last 8 years while the libs were all up in arms. now the righties are all up in arms and the libs are saying Have to agree here!!

 

its good when you are in power and sucks when you are not.

Obama is a Socialist and prattling on about death panels = Have to agree here

 

Thinking the Iraq war and almost every Bush admin policy was stupid, misguided, unnecessary and harmful to America wasn't Have to agree here'ing. It was being completely correct and intelligent enough to realize it.

 

Just look at the political posts from about 2004 to current. Some of us are/were almost always right, while a lot of you other guys have been consistently misguided and in the wrong.

The bolded above is, of course, what I would expect a card-carrying member of the left to say. And I would also expect them to say that Obama is the greatest President ever and can do no wrong. Again its that "Me so smart - you so dumb" attitude from the left which is part of a self gratifying (dare I say masturbatory?) mentality you need to have to make yourself feel better. And you still wonder why we call you "liberal elites"? Now you have your answer.

 

I don't really have the time to look at all the political posts from 2004 to now but I won't take your word on it.

If you were opposed to Bush then you were not patriotic and hated America. Cheney said as much . . he also said that it is tantamount to being a traitor to criticize a "wartime president". But he suuuure is taking a lot of potshots now.

 

If you dont attend tea party rallies against Obama, then you are a "liberal elite".
