Kid Cid
#8 Heat - Are you effing kidding me? This movie shouldn't be in the top 100 never mind the top ten. #10 Aliens - Over the original Alien? This list is worthless.
Chavez
Backdraft???? Really? It's not "great" but it's decent in the "guy-movie" sense. A few notables that would be on MY list are Hamburger Hill, Kelly's Heroes and Slap Shot.

This list is worthless. Only by 1 spot....and the original is masterful but not as testosterone-laden with as many good one-liners as the sequel. Probably a better film but less of a "guy" film. Oh yeah, and Snatch should be on the list as well.
rattsass
I looked through this waste of bandwidth and wasted two minutes of my life twice, and saw no mention of Animal House. The "guy" that wrote this list is obviously a tool. Edited July 1, 2010 by rattsass
polksalet
This at 6. 6. Once Upon a Time in America (1984) No Sergeant York = dum
Delicious_bass
Glaring omission: The Usual Suspects Good call It's not "great" but it's decent in the "guy-movie" sense. A few notables that would be on MY list are Hamburger Hill, Kelly's Heroes and Slap Shot. Shameful there is not even mention of it or Caddyshack Only by 1 spot....and the original is masterful but not as testosterone-laden with as many good one-liners as the sequel. BeeR
Backdraft???? Really? Really, seriously, seriously, and really. How is that not at least a Top 100 guy flick? Fire, danger, brothers fighting, and oh btw a good movie too.

JoJoTheWebToedBoy
This at 6. 6. Once Upon a Time in America (1984) No Sergeant York = dum Once Upon a Time in America (1984) was good, but not top 10, should be way down the list. And look at the picture of these 2 bozos, no way in hell they have even heard of Sergeant York much less seen it. But I would bet that outside of a few oldtimers most people on this board has ever seen it. Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan at 10, no way..... Casino Royale shouldn't even be on the list either should Transformers, The Goonies, Kill Bill , Spider-Man , Star Trek, A Knight’s Tale, American Wedding, and Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me Animal House and Slapshot should be in the top 5... Disagree about Kill Bill. Awesome dude flick. Here is one that is low on the radar but in my business, it's always in the top 10: Death Proof
Avernus
Disagree about Kill Bill. Awesome dude flick. Here is one that is low on the radar but in my business, it's always in the top 10: Death Proof Kill Bill is a cross between a guy/chick flick and fit's both categories.....yet, I don't have it in my top 100... Caddyshack, Usual Suspects, Snatch, Fight Club, 2001: A Space Odyssey, A Clockwork Orange, 3:10 to Yuma (the recent one) and Gran Torino would all have made my list... Jackass
list is not terrible as there are a lot of great movies. but no caddyshack? that's pretty disgraceful.
millerx
list is not terrible as there are a lot of great movies. but no caddyshack? that's pretty disgraceful. Agreed that more comedies were needed and to have "The Hangover" in there above some others is tragic. But at least they put some of the top ones in there... Blazing Saddles Monty Python's Holy Grail Still...no Animal House or Airplane!
Scooby's Hubby
Of course, "the Outlaw of Josey Wales" and "Barbarosa"

cdrudge
No Animal House but one of the American Pie movies made it? And American Wedding ahead of any of the LOTR movies is a disgrace, let alone all three of them. And Starship Troopers at 38? I'm surprised Battlefield Earth didn't make it on to the list at 39 then. Square
Hmm... Never heard of this one: 35. Miller’s Crossing (1990) Glad that Army of Darkness made the list. A Knights Tale isn't a guy movie. Did they have American Wedding on there and not American Pie? Should have included: 300, Bourne Triology, Fight Club, and Animal House at the minimum.
