You're absolutely right, I had no idea Bush was president in 2008. You never commented on his presidency so I was oblivious to that fact. Way to dodge. I don't think anyone is questioning whether or not you knew Bush was POTUS in '08, but rather that you read the story well enough to understand that it was signed into law in '08. Or, for that matter, whether FOX was hoping others, like you, would not connect the dots as well so this could be, yet another step Obama is taking us on towards socialism. I was quoting the headline in the story, which is what I typically do unless I use a pun in the thread title. It is obvious to anyone that reads the story which I did prior to posting that the law was enacted well before Obama took office. Believe what you will.
