My cousin is doing better... in stable condition, at least. Turns out her heart didn't actually stop, but she did stop breathing for about three minutes, unexpectedly, after surgery. I guess the misinformation can be attributed to the number of phone calls involved... sort of like that game, "Telephone." My aunt called my uncle, who called their brother (my dad), who called my mom, who called me... The story went from she stopped breathing, to her heart stopped (which sounds much more scary, considering her fragile heart, etc.). Either way, it was a very scary situation for her and her parents, considering her condition. They (my aunt and uncle) were able to speak with her husband by phone, as well, and he's obviously very relieved that she's OK, despite the scare. Thanks again.
