So 2-3 days recover time?

Rub some dirt on it. Ready to play tomorrow morning.

Cast/brace/walking boot/crutches. PT and aqua therapy. Maybe recovery by next season or PUP. Fractures heal. Range of motion is the part that may not. Metal pins needed? Permanent or not.

Not an expert.

Crazy that the day Alex Smith returns to the field, Dak suffers a gruesome leg injury.

When Alex got hurt, wasn't there some weird coincidence also?

ETA: It was 33 years to the day of Joe Theismann's injury.

That was ugly, saw his foot pointing the wrong way and couldn't look anymore. I cannot stand the Cowboys but hoping Dak can make a full recovery.

I can't imagine the horror of looking down and seeing your foot twisted like that. My heart breaks for him. Knowing his work ethic and dedication he'll be back sooner than later.

Ugh why'd you have to remind me of McCallum?

Exactly, all I could do for weeks and months was think of him begging them to stop pulling him before it gave. I still haven't gotten over that one. To this day I see it as clear as the day it happened. I kept screaming let him go, let him go! OH MY GOD.........his knee!
