Steeltown Dre
I didn't realize Bill had any time for this on the side - he seems engrossed by football. But if you read the second article, he made over 1,800 phone calls to this married woman in a year! Thats almost 5 calls/day, who knows how long they last... http://thetrack.bostonherald.com/moreTrack...rticleid=181790 Thursday, February 8, 2007 Bill Belichick’s generosity to his married galpal could cost him a personal foul from the IRS. As we told you yesterday, the New England Patriots head coach reportedly sent cash and other goodies to Sharon Shenocca totaling more than $80,000. The bequests include cash payments of $3,000 a month for more than two years and paying the $25,000 tab to rent her a house on the Jersey Shore for the summer. Additionally, Belichick purchased a $2.2 million house in Brooklyn, N.Y., which attorneys for Shenocca’s estranged hubby believe he bought for Sharon. All of which is great for Sharon but not so great for Bill - if he failed to report the gifts to Uncle Sam. “It’s an issue,” said Art Ford, a CPA with Sullivan Bille P.C. “There are potential gift tax ramifications.” According to the tax laws, Belichick is allowed to make a gift of up to $12,000 to any individual in any tax year. He is also allowed to gift up to $1 million total over his lifetime. Anything over that is taxable. IRS rules would require Belichick to file a Form 709 Gift Tax Return reporting how much he gave and to whom he gave it so that the government can be sure he doesn’t exceed his lifetime exemption. “The devil is in the details,” said Ford. Sharon, as the recipient of the gifts, would owe no tax. But if Belichick did, in fact, make her a co-owner of the house in Brooklyn, that could wipe out his $1 million lifetime exemption and he’d need to pay the tax man. Belichick, as you know, has been named The Other Man in the Shenocca divorce. New Jersey construction worker Vincent Shenocca claims that his bride of 10 years has “committed adultery” with Belichick, who is footing the bills for the blond, 41-year-old mother of two’s “extravagant lifestyle.”
Steeltown Dre
Picture of the womanIn happier times: Vincent and Sharon Shenocca Bill’s alleged galpal lied about his largesse Wednesday, February 7, 2007 - Updated: 03:49 AM EST The New Jersey mom who is allegedly fooling around with New England Patriots [team stats] head coach Bill Belichick has received cash and gifts from the gridiron guru totaling more than $80,000 over the past two years - a windfall she tried to hide from the court. Sharon Shenocca, 41, admitted she lied to the New Jersey family court in November 2005 when she claimed she got no dough from Belichick. Under questioning by attorneys for her husband Vincent Shenocca, the blond stay-at-home soccer mom detailed the caches of cash her alleged pigskin sugardaddy provided - some $3,000 a month beginning in June 2005 and continuing to the present. Additionally, Sharon testified that Belichick bought a $2.2 million home in Brooklyn where she intends to live with her two kids. The four-bedroom, two-bath brownstone was purchased in the name BR Realty Trust - a handle her husband’s attorneys contend stands for Belichick and Radigan. Radigan is Sharon Shenocca’s maiden name. Sharon testified that her sister, Terry, and Terry’s husband are currently living in the townhouse in the tony Park Slope section of Brooklyn and that she doesn’t know if they are paying rent to Belichick. “Has Terry ever had a romantic relationship with Mr. Belichick?” Shenocca’s attorney asked. “Not to my knowledge,” Sharon replied. “Had they ever had a sexual relationship?” “I don’t know,” she answered. (Vincent Shenocca’s attorneys dropped that line of questioning after she dropped that little bombshell.) As we have told you before, Belichick has been named The Other Man in the Shenocca divorce with the jilted hubby alleging that the coach and Sharon have “engaged in an adulterous relationship.” The two met in the 1980s when Sharon was a receptionist for the New York Giants and he was the team’s defensive coordinator. Shenocca claims his wife of 10 years “has had a relationship with Bill Belichick for several years” and would not end it, despite her husband’s pleas. He says the coach plied his bride with cash and gifts and that Belichick and Sharon are on the phone constantly - clocking more than 1,800 calls in one year. Belichick and his wife, Debbie, separated for three years, filed for divorce last year. Shenocca’s latest court salvo is a motion asking the court to suspend the $350-a-week support payment he makes to his estranged wife pending their divorce trial. Shenocca argues that his wife lied to the court when she repeatedly denied receiving cash from Belichick and that given her “true financial circumstances” his current support payments are unfair. “The court accepted as true her sworn testimony that she was not receiving money from Bill Belichick,” Shenocca’s motion states. “When she was deposed, however, (Sharon) admitted to making knowingly false statements.” Sharon testified that in addition to the $3,000 a month in cash Belichick supplied, he footed the bill for a summer rental on the Jersey Shore that cost between $25,000 and $27,000. Additionally, Sharon stated that Belichick helped pay the cost of the $11,000 retainer she gave her divorce attorney and that he gave her a “Fast Pass” to pay for gasoline. Sharon also divulged that she used money she “borrowed” from Belichick to purchase two pair of earrings - one for $796.83 and one for $531.79 - and to take trips to Disney World, Jamaica, a spa in Utah, and, most recently, the posh Intercontinental Hotel and Resorts in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Belichick’s largesse also allowed the non-working mom to purchase $4,500 worth of Giants season tickets, to employ a personal trainer, to pay babysitting expenses and to buy furniture for her daughter’s bedroom. Sharon said Belichick has never discussed repaying the “loans” and there are no documents detailing exactly how much cash he’s coughed up over the years. Sharon also discussed “borrowing” the money from Belichick to purchase a home but, because she was not divorced, she planned to put the property in her sister’s name. “And what did he say?” the attorney asked. “He said, ‘Well, if you find something, we’ll talk about it.’ ” Attorneys for Sharon and Belichick did not return our calls. Vincent Shenocca’s lawyer, Ed O’Donnell, declined comment. But O’Donnell and his co-counsel are asking the court to refer the matter to the county prosecutor to investigate Sharon for possible perjury charges. http://thetrack.bostonherald.com/moreTrack...&format=&page=

Steeltown Dre
This is half-sarcastic, but... Imagine what the Pats could be if Belly actually focused on coaching. He had 1,800 calls/year w/ this hoe. That's almost 5 calls per day, lasting who knows how long each call. I wonder if any NE fans took a second to really think about this story... If Belly focused even more on winning games instead of this broad, maybe they do better than 10-6 in 2005-06, and maybe they can get another ring either of the last 2 years. Belly clearly is addicted to this milf and it's taken over his better judgement. His job is to coach the team. Instead he's setting up seedy companies ("The four-bedroom, two-bath brownstone was purchased in the name BR Realty Trust - a handle her husband’s attorneys contend stands for Belichick and Radigan. Radigan is Sharon Shenocca’s maiden name."), talking to her for hours each and every day, and forking over his paycheck to pay for her monthly bills and other incidentals. NE could be doing so much better w/ a focused Belly. Unfortunately, his love for the whore may be bigger than his love for his team. Again, half sarcastic, but it is a funny line of thinking.... I wonder exactly how much of his time he's devoted to either chasing and being whipped by this adulteress.

Dr. Rock
Good! Let's hope his real master plan is to move in with her in the home in Brooklyn and coach the Giants after Coughlin gets canned next year. A man can dream, can't he? Bill Swerski
While I would never condone adultery, it's so widespread in pro sports that this is pretty much a non-story. It's sad, but that's the way it is.
DMD
Reporting this in a newspaper? Great, now Belichick might clam up and not talk to the media... wait a minute....
charty
I guess our coaches have a phone issue, considering Parcells was making calls to Flushing Meadows from his Pats hotel room in New Orleans. He was lining up his Jets job instead of getting ready for the Pats Super Bowl matchup with the Packers. Yeah, it seems adultry was involved, but who knows, the woman has been separated for a while, it's not really what this is about. The guy is simply saying he shouldn't have to pay his ex $350 per week if she is getting thousands from Belichick. I agree with him, let the hard working construction worker keep his cash and let Bill foot the "bill". Dr. Rock
...and are still married as the divorce is not yet final... While it seems pretty obvious in this case that he was cheating on his wife while they were still together (which is of course wrong), I don't really have a problem with a person seeing someone else before all the legalities of a divorce are final. That can take years after a marriage is, for all intents and purposes, over.
