i_am_the_swammi
Four back-up QBs have taken over for the starting QB (due to ineffectiveness or injury) during the regular season, and led their teams to Super Bowl victories. Brady is the obvious one when he took over for Bledsoe. Name the other three.

Big John
1980 Raiders - Jim Plunkett somehow supplanted the immortal Dan Pastorini
i_am_the_swammi
1987 Doug Williams1990 Jeff Hostettler these two are correct. Warner is incorrect, as he played the entire regular season. One more....
Chief
Earl Morrall? This is my guess as well.
i_am_the_swammi
1980 Raiders - Jim Plunkett somehow supplanted the immortal Dan Pastorini I beleive Plunkett started the year, was injured, then returned to action....so he would be incorrect. But I'll check, since he was not one of the given answers. There could be five.... There is definitely another....

Big John
2000 - Trent Dilfer (needed to put in the Pasrorini reference in my prior post )
AtomicCEO
The first guy I thought of was Frank Reich, but I know he didn't win a Superbowl, because he played for the Bills.
i_am_the_swammi
2000 - Trent Dilfer (needed to put in the Pasrorini reference in my prior post ) Correct.... And I was right, there were 5 QBs, not four. We have Brady, Hostettler, Williams and Dilfer. Name another.
i_am_the_swammi
Earl Morrall? Nope....Morrall finished the regular season undefeated after he replaced an injured Griese in Week 5, but Morrall stuggled in beating the Steelers in the AFC Championship game. Shula then benched him in favor of Griese for the Super Bowl. Interestingly, Morrall was named Player of the Year in the AFC, as well as Comeback Player of the Year. i_am_the_swammi
Tom Matte. Did you get the beer? Nope on Matte....he replaced Unitas in 1965, and won a playoff game over the Rams, but lost to the Packers (sadly, on a Packer FG that was erroneously ruled good). And yes the beers....will be cracking the first one approx. 3:01...looking forward to them!!
i_am_the_swammi
by the way swammi , morall might be a correct answer see link morall technically, I guess he did "win" but he started neither Super Bowl: 1. Yes, the 1970 Baltimore Colts won Super Bowl V, 16-13, with a backup, Earl Morrall, after Johnny Unitas suffered damaged ribs before halftime. But Unitas had started. 2. Through the years, only one backup quarterback, the same Earl Morrall, generated a Super Bowl winner for most of its campaign: the 1972 Dolphins who had a perfect 17-0 record despite Griese's dislocated left ankle in the fifth game. Griese didn't return until the second half of the American Conference championship game, rallying the Dolphins to a 21-17 victory in Pittsburgh. Griese then worked the Dolphins' 14-7 triumph over the Washington Redskins in Super Bowl VII.
