Hugh 0ne
K Curtis against a depleted Giants secondaryLelie against ? who cares he's Lelie and is terrible or Keyshawn at oakland... thx Hugh! 1030826 I like Curtis this week. He's a bit of a risk, playing as the #2 WR for the first time, but if he's got the goods, he'll take advantage of the opportunity.
Hugh 0ne
Hi Hugh,Who do you like better as WR to start this week? T.Glenn vs. OAK TJ Houshmanzadeh vs. HOU 1030847 Housh all the way. I've mentioned why I don't like Glenn several times in this thread. Hugh 0ne
Another question for Hugh Bledsoe or Hasselbeck and Witten or LJ (1 pt per rec.) Thanks! 1030861 At QB, play the hotter hand and the better matchup, play Bledsoe. Forget LJ. Bench him until Priest gets hurt. Start Witten, he's just getting started. tomfin2000
Hey Hugh, All of the particulars are in my sig line. Should I trade Willie Parker for Hines Ward? I would probably pick up Frank Gore or Tatum Bell to be my fourth RB. Thanks! Tom
Hugh 0ne
Hey Hugh, 2 questions... #1 Out of these 3 Wr's, please choose 2.. Terry Glenn vs Oak K McCardell vs New England Kevin Curtis vs NYG #2. I already had Bulger penciled in as my starter this week but now I'm starting to wonder.. Should I start him or Tom Brady??? Thanks... (On WR's..TD =6pts, 1 pt per 25 yds, but it they get over 100, they get ex point) QB's.. Basic.. TD's and yards 1030885 As mentioned several times, I'm all about benching Glenn if you have better options. You have better options. Do not bench Bulger. Avernus
At QB, play the hotter hand and the better matchup, play Bledsoe. Forget LJ. Bench him until Priest gets hurt. Start Witten, he's just getting started. 1031877 I think he meant LJ Smith ...a little under descriptive here...
Hugh 0ne
Hugh - You're 2-0 for me so far this year. No question this week. Just Thanks 1030907 Glad I was able to help. Thanks for the post.

Hugh 0ne
Hello Hugh Like your input on a few quickies Love my 2RB's this week(J.Jones @ OAK & Caddy @ DET) No Brainers.... WDIS @ QB? Rattay(who i just picked up off waivers) @ ARZ or Brooks @ their supposed first Home game vs. BUF MY thought here is to go with Rattay against the Cards...what's your gut?? NEXT Which WR to go along Chad"I'm the Man" Johnson: McCardell @ NE Boldin vs. 49ers Jenkins vs. Vikings MY thought is go with McCardell---he's on fire right now...your gut here! FINALLY Which Defense would you start? 49ers @ ARZ (I just picked up the niners defense for this matchup--Josh McCown..) or CAR at HOME MONDAY NIGHT vs the PACKS(they have been a big dissapointed for me so far and everybody else that has em.....but this is MON NIGHT football vs the struggling PACKS!!! What is your guy here....go with the D against a weak, struggling, second string team or a classic MON night at your "House"???????? your thoughts are always welcomed 1030922 Rattay and Boldin. Defense? Throw a dart. Probably the better defense going against the team missing their #1 WR. Carolina.
Hugh 0ne
Thanks in advance Hugh Would you play Heap V NYJ or C. Anderson V DAL Please pick 2...I am a little concerned with Horn Givens V SD Kennsion V PHILLY Horn V BUFFALO You da man Hugh 1030936 I think you start Heap. I like Givens and Horn. Hugh 0ne
Never thought I would ask this question but do I bench LT vs.the Pats this week in favor of Westbrook vs. Chiefs and Caddy vs. Detroit?I normally follow ASYS but would like to get your input. As of now I am leaning towards benching Westbrook. Defensive question also.Do you like the Jets vs. Ravens or I could pick up the Saints vs.Bills. Thanks for the advice!!! 1030992 Well, an argument could be made that all 3 are studs. Caddy the NFL's leading rusher right now. Never, ever bench LT. Ever. Between Westbrook and Caddy, I'd start Caddy. Great matchup, and he's on fire. Tough call on D. Decent defenses playing inept offenses. Stick with the Jets.
Gros Membres!
Pick 3 WRs Wayne Housh Curtis Glenn Lloyd I'm leaning toward Wayne, Housh, and Curtis. Yeah, Glenn sucks but his game logs from the past (with Testaverde at the helm) could be irrelevant and Lloyd could be a decent start as well. Your thoughts? Thanks! Zooty
At QB, play the hotter hand and the better matchup, play Bledsoe. Forget LJ. Bench him until Priest gets hurt. Start Witten, he's just getting started. 1031877 Thanks Hugh but I meant LJ Smith or Witten at TE.
Primetime9287
Hey Hugh, hows everything going? Need some big time help this week. With Steven Jackson being hurt this week, Ive decided Im gonna bench him. So I need a WR and a Flex position. Pick 2 of the following for me. I laready have Bulger, Alexander, Rudi, Witten, Rackers and Ravens plugged in. Thanks... Lloyd vs. Arizona (No Rolle) Curtis @ NYG (No Poole so Im guessing he will have the #3 CB on him) S. Davis (Very weak GB D and I think Carolina will have the ball early and often) Driver (Not liking him because of the Davis comment, but I could see GB having to throw a lot) Scoring: No points for receptions, 1 point every 10 yards rush/rec. 6 for rush/rec tds. Edit: Well its looking like Jackson will play this weekend. I guess you can add him to the list of people Im asking if you think I should start them. nhoops
Done. 1031844 Thanks Hugh, still leaning towards Glenn, especially since I have Chad and Favre and Driver is hurt. I see your reasoning though. As a NE homer I can't believe I have Glenn starting on my team
schmander
Hey Hugh. I need help -- I have had this same dilemma the last two weeks... I have Caddy, Edga and Deuce. I can only start 2. Tds=6, 1 point for every 20 yrds rushing. Am I insane to bench Caddy (again)? Deuce scores the TDs. Also, I'm gtrying to trade Caddy...is it too much to expect a Chad Johnson-like player in return? THANKS!

ABC123
Performance league. Starts 3 WR's Already starting Holt and Wayne. J.Galloway vs. Detroit J.Smith vs. Denver B.Lloyd vs. Arizona K.Curtis @ NYG Leaning toward Smith but don't think Lloyd would be a bad move either. Edited September 30, 2005 by ABC123
Hugh 0ne
Hey Hugh, I really value your opinion. I have a slew of mediocre WR's. Out of Lelie (vs. jax), Porter (vs. Dal) and T.Taylor (vs. Atl) which two would you go with? We get a point per reception in our league. TD's are worth 6. Thanks in advance for your advice. 1031096 I'd bench Lelie. Tough matchup.
Hugh 0ne
Bell, T Foster, D Jackson, S Perry, C Zereoue, A pick two I know they all suck! 1031111 Ouch, that'll leave a mark. Gotta start Jackson unless the injury situation gets worse. Then, you gotta go with the guy most likely to get the most touches, which will probably be Foster, plus an added bonus that Foster has a nice matchup.
