Slugs
Did I miss something or have the networks decided for screw with the fantasy football folks by failing to give any statistics? I was watching the Ravens game and they failed to even so one highlight from any other game. What the hell was that! This coverage sux. The half time show even failed to show yardage, etc. This sux. They showed the scores, but did not show who scored. Is anyone other than me pissed off about this?

Slugs
Well now, if you decide to go to your local pub to watch a game what type of information do you think you will get. I stewed through the first half and then had to come home to find out what was happening, now is that right?
DMD
Not sure what happened but I have seen no tickers on the bottom either
Savage Beatings
Computers are fine for double-checking everything, but nothing compares to watchin a game and suddenly seeing a scroll about one of your guys scoring. Very bad trend from the networks. I hope they get a ton of negative feedback over it!

Slugs
cell phones are good for checking stuff when you're out and about, i've found... I guess now to get information we have to pay more for it. I have been watching NFL since the early 70s & now you placid bunch go pieces of sh$t tell me that I shoud pay $ to check my computer or cellphone. I can see now why CBS & FOX did this sh$t, because you all don't care. I actually used to see game & when something happened on another game they actually changed & showed it. What a pitifull bunch of sheep we have become. Why can't we get something off a network channel for free. I can only say I can understand why CBS & Fox did it - you pathetic people say "I can get the information from other place that I pay money for." Why should not it be for free..... I can see a bunch of network boot licks here.

I can see a bunch of network boot licks here. I'll disagree here. While I never saw the early 70's, it has only been since FOX started broadcasting games (and even then, really the last couple of years) where you would get the quantity/depth of stats that were provided. While I agree that there should be SOME stats provided at halftime, the filling of the screen with graphics showing stats from other games had really started to become a problem. Just like you complain about them missing, many others complained about them being a distraction from the game. Personally, I'm a fan of the "cleaner" looks the networks are giving us during the games. I'll use my computer setup to keep up with stats, etc., and keep my TV screen clear for the games themselves. To each his own.
Slugs
I guess by "cleaner" what you mean is no information and no highlights from other games.

The information is free go find it somewhere, but it's not their responsibility to give you your fantasy football stats. I guess the only reason you need the stats while you are at your "pub" is so you can drink away your sorrows once you see your team is getting romped. It's easy enough to find it online and not have to wait for a stat ticker, and the information is free online. I'm sorry it's not like the good ol days in the 70 where they had sports tickers everywhere and you had to walk 20 miles in the snow to watch the game in the pub! I guess last year finding out what was going on in a particular game is to much to ask. Seeing a few replays from other games is to much to ask. I can now understand why CBS & FOX did this - because you somehow think that because you can get information from other sources means that they should not have to provide. We get what guys like you want. Pathetic. You get what you deserve. Pay $$ to find out what is going on....
