KSUChiefsTarheelFan
You can get one of those things if you want. If it makes you do push ups more, by all means do it. But it is no different than doing regular push ups on a regular basis. It may tone you up a tad bit more...if you are one of those guys that works out 4 times a week. But you can always try 50 push ups a day, and tell me if you don't see results within a couple of weeks. People have been getitin fit and buff LONG before stuff like this came out.... Don't know if that helped, but it's just my opinion. 50 sit ups and 50 push ups in one day....

TimC
Chuck Norris doesn't workout...he just stares menacingly at his muscles to shape up.
KSUChiefsTarheelFan
Chuck Norris recently had the idea to sell his urine as a canned beverage. We know this beverage as Red Bull.

Pope Flick
I use my dumbbells. They don't spin, but something tells me I'd break my wrist if I twisted it while doing a pushup, The extra little bit you get by going below your hand level is good, however. Savage Beatings
I think this is the perfect pushup. I was searching my brain for some kind of smart ass innuendo response, but this pretty much nails it!

Swampnuts
I have em and they work pretty well. My wrists used to hurt big time while doing push ups and this cured that problem.

wildcat2334
I like the perfect push up...I try to use it at leats 3 times a week I prefer them over doing regular pushups werd - I have never been a fan home workout gear for the most BUT PP are great - much better, and tougher than regular pushups - you can do about 1/3 on the PP of what you can normally. - I use it as a supplement to the gym, but these things will do the job on their own as well. Increased range of motion really does a nice job working chest/tris/shoulders/core A great piece of equipment and worth the 40 bones
Puddy
I saw this on another board. Anyone want to give it a go. We can set-up a spreadsheet to keep track. I think Google has spreadsheets we can share online One Hundred Pushups Supposedly at the end of the 6-week program, you can do a hundred consecutively.
