budlitebrad
Offense looks great, but Cleveland isn't blitzing a lot. Defense not so good on their first drive, but half of the first team is out tonight.

budlitebrad
Flynn just caught his own pass and ran for a 7 yard gain in tonight's "W.TF?" play of the game. Edited August 16, 2009 by budlitebrad
Ground Chuck
I have the local feed. O-line is getting off the ball. They look good so far but Clev. looks vanilla on D. Hope we have some depth. That will be big if we do.

Ground Chuck
From a Seahawks fan? I'll be honest. My Seahawk love has wained since they moved to the NFC. When they match up I find myself pulling for the pack. It was a Civil War in my mind. Before they only saw each other once every three years. I could stomach that. Now I can't. Henry Muto
That ball hit Edwards in the wrong spot I guess "the hands" as Quinn threw a very nice pass in the endzone only to see Edwards drop yet another one.
budlitebrad
It's nice seeing the defense actually put some pressure on the QB. Over 200 yards rushing tonight, too.
Randall
It's nice seeing the defense actually put some pressure on the QB. Over 200 yards rushing tonight, too. Ain't that the truth. Woodson said he loves the new defense. I hope he gets a lot of sacks and QB pressures this year. Anthony Smith is familiar with Pittsburgh 3-4 and I hope he resurrects his career. He was a high draft pick, no one really wanted him as a FA so he has a lot to prove(just don't do it with your mouth son). budlitebrad
The team looked good, but it's hard to be totally confident when Cleveland looked so damn bad.
MikesVikes
I can't imagine this would be a very exciting game to watch. Don't these two teams play in the regular season? They aren't going to show much.
Ed Hoyle
Crap...that pass to Driver looked good. I joined another FF league this past Thursday and we drafted. I got Driver as a WR. Looks good.

Why would you draft Driver when you hope that Rodgers, Mccarthy, and Thompson fail?
piratesownninjas
Can we just go ahead and do something with Brian Brohm now? Maybe land a 7th for his spare ass?
Ed Hoyle
Yeah, I know, it doesn't make sense. I never said I hope ARodg fails. Just the mgmt. Just let it go. Driver was the best WR available at the time, so I took him. Let it go.

Chavez
Flynn just caught his own pass and ran for a 7 yard gain in tonight's "W.TF?" play of the game. He's in good company - Brett Favre and Steve Young had similar plays in their career (along with I'm sure other notables and non-notables). Big John
He's in good company - Brett Favre and Steve Young had similar plays in their career (along with I'm sure other notables and non-notables). Favre's first reception was to himself. Brad Johnson caught his own TD pass in 1997 in Minnesota.
Chavez
Hmmm, I know Johnson isn't on a par with the other two, but they've all accomplished one thing.....
