ljbrun
Greg Jennings - had him as a top 5 WR TO - thought he'd be a serviceable WR2 Jay Cutler - thought I could use him as my starting QB (and not be sad about it) Beanie Wells - didn't think it would take him so long to become productive Edited December 23, 2009 by ljbrun
jordanzs
I thought Chris Johnson was gonna hit the sophomore slump that Matt Forte hit. I though Matt Ryan would take a step forward. I thought Greg Jennings would be better. I thought that Donald Brown would overtake Addai in the same manner that Wells have overtook Hightower. The Grey Pilgrim
I thought Greg Jennings would have a phenomenal year. And Rodgers has been phenomenal. But not Jennings. That part I can't figure out. Fortunately, I was never able to secure the services of said Jennings. Sometimes your just not in the right drafting spot for the "5th best" WR. But I had plans to grab him, should he fall a bit in the 3 drafts I was in. He never did. Everybody else must have had the same thoughts I did. But sometimes I've found that I'm not always wrong about a player, I just get the wrong year. I'll be looking to take advantage of his "off" year, in all my drafts next year. BeeR
First and foremost Forte. I expect a SLIGHT downturn but felt he was "safest" RB. Most of others were pretty common either way like Jennings, V Davis, Slaton, P Thomas, etc. I also hesitate to mention but I thought Portis had one more respectable year left. wolfer
Honorable mentions for bust of the year go to Matt Forte and Darren McFadden imo But the winner hands down (and I guy I whiffed on in one league) is Eddie Royal in a landslide. I drank the welker of the west koolaid. The taste is still in my mouth. Blech!

Seahawks21
Ouch. I thought Housh would be bad, but wow. That guy hasn't made a meaningful play all year. ETA: I just looked, and Housh has 72 catches through 14 games. Really not that bad. He hasn't been that terrilble in PPR leagues, no? Seahawks21
Oooh I'll add a few more. John Carlson! Wow. Is that guy even in the NFL anymore? Also, I thought we had learned Vernon Davis was below average.
Big Ernie McCracken
Reggie Bush...really thought he would be much more involved in the offense than he has beenMJD...with regards to how many touches he has gotten and his TD total too Greg Jones...really thought he would carry some of the load...in the end Garrard is the 2nd leading rusher will have to go back and see if there are any others. Willie Parker...thought he would still be somewhat productive I'd add Portis to that list as well Merry Christmas to all Edited December 24, 2009 by Big Ernie McCracken
Brentastic
Wrong - Felix Jones (didn't draft as a starter, but still had high hopes) Wrong - Julius Jones (drafted as a sleeper RB2/3 in all leagues) Wrong - Darren Sproles (Let's just say Norv Turner is an idiot, Sproles should get more looks) Wrong - Greg Olsen (thought he would easily be a top 5 TE) Right - Ray Rice (tried to get him in all 4 leagues, succeeded in 2). Right - Jermichael Finley (unfortunately he's ny #2 in both leagues I have him - behind Dallas Clark) Right - Vincent Jackson (drafted him as my 3rd WR in 2 of 4 leagues - he's currently ranked 10th in my big money) Right - Peyton/Wayne/Clark (seems obvious, but there was a consensus fear of new coaching etc... I knew they would blow up)
JoJoTheWebToedBoy
forgot about him I didn't, but I wish I would of...... Wrong Jacobs - Thought the Giants OLine would be opening up holes for him all year Jennings - It was Driver's year, next year it will be Jennings Berrian - That was a wasted pick D. Bowe - Thought Cassel would bring up his numbers Right D. Jackson - Have him in almost every league M. Schaub S. Smith (NY)
i_am_the_swammi
wrong: PT (Bell's intrusion was worse than anyone thought, vulturing too many TDs). MB III (became unstartable, though I HAD to use him last week, and it worked out) Boldin (just not top-10 WR materiel) Hassleback (waited to go QB late, targeted Hass & McNabb...missed here) Lendale White (drafted him as a #4 RB, hoping he'd carry some value...nada) Marshawn Lynch (was hoping he'd be a beast after his suspension) Right: SJax (drafted him 8th overall, while many that went ahea dof him have faltered) DeJax (awesome 5th round pick) Marshall (drafted him 3rd round, outperformed ADP) Colston (drafted him 2nd round as my top WR, lived up to it) McGahee (awesome #2 RB 1st 6 weeks)
Azazello1313
chris johnson I liked, but passed on him more than I care to recall. forte. I really thought he was as safe a pick as there was out there. eddie f'n royal. I really thought he was the one guy in the offense whose strengths mcgruber would be able to fully utilize, and boy has it been the complete opposite. this is a really talented WR who is being completely wasted. antonio bryant, I got him in almost as many leagues as royal. the injuries and such aren't really his fault, but still. got matt ryan in a couple leagues and he was a turd. I definitely badmouthed vincent jackson a bit in the preseason.
splotchman
LT (should have known he was an old bastardo and taken SJax) Slaton (passed on CJ for him... ) Anthony Gonzalez - Not really WRONG pick, but I drafted him as a WR3 in 2 leagues and it hurt. Bowe - underperformed and suspension. Donald Brown - thought he'd be the man in Indy by the end of the season. Luckily I took Addai in 1 league and he's been a Top 10 RB. Who knew Beanie Wells - drafted him too early, but he may help me now win 2 titles so all is forgiven.

jaguars72
Drafted Warner with the idea that if I make the playoffs he would be a stud... well, I made the playoffs and he killed me . 3 straight easy teams and he couldn't mustered anything... Now I find out that CBS changed a passing td to a lateral taking away even more points Edited December 24, 2009 by jaguars72
T_bone65
When I drafted Tom Jones in the 3rd round of OUTRAGED I was realy thinking I was in trouble. He proved me wrong until last week. I had a lot invested in Greg Jennings Traded for McGahee at the wrong time Traded for Garrard at the wrong time Traded for Turner at the wrong time Traded for Ricky williams at the right time Kept Cutler as a dynasty QB
