rai
Who would be in HOF if they didn't play another game? Favre Peyton Brady Moss TO LT Gates Gonzo

yomjoseki
I wouldn't say Gates is a lock, yet. TEs are a tough sell. He's a great player though, obviously. I think Jason Taylor should make it. ^Yeah, Ray-Ray too. Edited November 14, 2010 by yomjoseki
osu1322
I believe that everyone on ur list will make the HoF in Canton. Gates and Gonzo might be iffy if they didn't p;ay another game but the others will all make it in eventually. BTW do u think the other Manning will make it into the HoF? bushwacked
Gates and Gonzo might be iffy if they didn't p;ay Aren't they setting the HOF standard for the modern day TE? Edited November 14, 2010 by bushwacked
bpwallace49
Ray Lewis? Charles Woodson? Alan Faneca? Olin Kreutz? Tony Richardson? Jason Taylor? Julius Peppers? Champ Bailey? I was just thinking of older players off the top of my head that have performed at a high level for a long period of time. Most are probably wrong. rai
do u think the other Manning will make it into the HoF? not currently but maybe in time, he's an iron man like Peyton but there are 10 or 11 active QBs thay have more stats than Eli and 70-80 all time Edited November 14, 2010 by rai
KOKIDKOKID
Tony Gonzalez is a mortal lock for the HOF...how could he not make it? Gates not so much just yet...a few more season and maybe he makes it too. He owns a lot of records for TE's....has to be a Canton lock. How about Reggie Wayne? Scooby's Hubby
Jason Witten, I wish Gonzo and Ray Lewis are first ballot and I do not think Randy Moss will make it first ballot Chris Johnson and Revis have a shot, too, but not if their career ended today Edited November 14, 2010 by Scooby's Hubby
Menudo
That's a little too homerish, Ward won't sniff the HOF. I think saying he is a lock is probably a bit homerish. I think saying he won't sniff the HOF is a bit haterish. He is the career leader in all wide receiver stats for the Steelers. He also has a Super Bowl MVP under his belt, and is considered by many to be the best blocking wide receiver in the game. I think he has a chance. sonny4425
Gates is a no-brainer. All on the original list are. Ray Lewis is 1st ballott Champ Bailey is interesting, i think so. Walter Jones and Steve Hutchinson are in..maybe not first ballott although they should be. On a coaching note, Bellicheck will get in too
