Yea, it is a tough call but, if they didn't, notice my second link "our local news paper" check out the map midway down on the left of the possible worst case scenario. If they didn't open the Morganza (which they will) Baton Rouge and New Orleans would be flooded. I live south of I 12- near the I-10 split just under the G in Baton Rouge. There could be 10-20' flooding that is assuming they didn't open the Morganza. I admire you engineers that can figure this stuff out.
