Bronco Billy
I figured I knew what I was going to see before I opened the thread. Turn loose The Tebow!
MrTed46
Sanchez is not a NFL starter IMO. Rex Ryan's attitude can only work if you are a winning team and they are not currently. This looks like a train wreck. Their run game sucks Their passing game sucks Their defense is above average but not what it used to be Their special teams will probably be good but that doesn't win alot of games
Randall
Throw it to Keller! May be their only weapon right now.
MrTed46
Throw it to Keller! May be their only weapon right now. They don't have anyone that can throw or even run to Keller and hand the ball. They are in trouble
detlef
Haven't seen a snap, but already had every Jets player ranked low enough on my board that it will be nearly impossible for me to end up with them. Getting Tebow crazy late in one of my 2 QB leagues may be the only pick worth making, but there are Gator fans in both, so I'm pretty sure I'd have to even overpay for him. I guess I'll just leave it that way.
stethant
I can't think of a more deserving head coach for the misery that will be visited on the Jets this year. I guess the Ryans have a tough time learning to just shutup. They've made team decisions that may increase sales but decrease team cohesion and stability. Either Sanchez, Ryan, or both, is liable to get run out of town in the next 2 years. Oh the free entertainment.
Ditkaless Wonders
I think braggadocio ought to be preceeded by some accomplishment. If it is not it is foolish. Ryan's boasting was not based on accomplishment. It was wind. It was the braying of an empty-headed ass. I take pleasure in his comeuppance. When you so loudly toot your own horn and shout look at me you had damn well better have something to show folks. He doesn't.

Easy n Dirty
Hate to defend Rex, or at least his antics, but he did take this team to the AFC championship game his first two seasons as head coach. He's his own worst enemy, his accomplishments as head coach, which are reasonably impressive (especially given the franchise history), are completely overshadowed by his big mouth. I thought Sanchez looked better in preseason game 3 versus the Panthers, he's added some muscle and I thought his ball had more zip on it. Replacement right tackle also looked better than Hunter did, although he was getting alot more help than Hunter ever did. But still haven't shown enough to make any of the Jets very draftable for fantasy purposes. Shonn Greene just isn't that good. I do think Sanchez could be a very serviceable quarterback if he was surrounded by better talent, but as is he has almost nobody to throw to. Their #1 receiver (Holmes) is probably a #2 on his best day, and the rest of the receiving corps other than Keller has shown absolutely nothing. Defense looked pretty good against the Panthers, they were getting pessure on Newton which has een a problem the past season or two. I could see the defense returning to an elite level this season, but they may be undone by the weak offense, which will leave them on the field more.
