Not sure how many saw the Browns game, but there was an odd decision by first year Texans Head Coach David Culley. First minute of Q2, Texans with the ball on their own 38, 3rd and 15 to go. Taylor connects with Cooks for 13 yard gain, he's about 2 yards short. We saw flags thrown near line of scrimmage just after the snap, its off sides defense. Take the play or 3rd and 10 at the HOU43, simple right you try to get the first down. Score is 7-7 and HOU is moving the ball after a CLE turnover.

Nope, there's much debate, officials talking pointing and motioning to the sideline, seems the HOU coach may be having trouble making the decision and declines the penalty. Announcers are surprised and think you'd normally try to convert, but figure the coach likes their field position after the nice gain and doesn't want to take a chance with another 3rd and long play that could go bad.

found this link that talks about it, reporters were also surprised and asked the coach for an explanation

Was half (or 2/3) expecting greenbay to knock the tar out of Det.    So far definitely not the case.

Basically ended up that way.

Lions fell apart in the second half, failed 4th down, fumbled snap, and finally the interception was the nail in the coffin.

I think the Packers offense will be OK, their defense better start figuring things out or better teams will just outscore them.

The Lions looked pretty good for a team expected to win only a few games. Facing Ravens next week things don't get easier

I was impressed with Goff. That was a tough spot for them. Besides Hock he has nothing.

Cephus showed a few flashes, and Jamaal Williams looked really energized. Like somebody said they could have folded last week down 21 to SF, but they did not and battled back including recovering an onside kick. They went toe to toe with the Packers for a half, then some poor play and mistakes turned them upside down in 2nd half.
