stevegrab Posted April 9, 2022 Share Posted April 9, 2022 Apparently some think the Academy has a double standard because they punished Will Smith, pointing to accusations of sexual assault on members who have not been punished (Kevin Spacey, Mel Gibson, Woody Allen). Hmm might that be because those are just accusations? Could it also maybe be because Smith did this DURING THE OSCARS, and made the Academy and people running the show look bad for not dealing with it then, removing him from the show etc. No it must be his skin color, that's why poor persecuted Fresh Prince is being punished.
