Vet
The content of this board could be submitted in a court of law as evidence that two weeks between the conference championship games and the Superbowl is just uncalled for. It would be an open and shut case. Clearly, there is very little to talk about regarding this game.

Piranha
It's because of sales, media hype, etc. Personally, I think it stinks.

Duchess Jack
I want to see the teams at their best. No harm in an extra week to heal up and prepare for the other team. And regarding the haircuts...I am all about the Flowbee

rhino
I don't mind it. Don't know if I favor it, but don't mind it, as it's one less week of off-season.
FredGSanford
I don't mind the extra week layoff. However if we're going to give the teams two weeks to prepare, why don't they move the game to Saturday? Living in the Eastern time zone, the game ends at 10:30-11:00 and everyone leaves their Super Bowl parties immediately because they have to go to work the next day. If the game were played on Saturday, the parties would last on through the night and nobody would care what time it is. JMO.
