I dreamt the Jets won the Super Bowl

Last night, I dreamt the NY Jets won the Super Bowl. Only the game was played on different levels on a skyscraper in a city. The endzone was at the top of the roof of the skyscraper. Mark Sanchez was not playing well. A backup QB named Todd Ingle went in for him and threw two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter for the win. The rest of the dream was about how bittersweet it was for Sanchez to win a Super Bowl in his rookie year, but to be benched in the game, and whether there would be a quarterback controversy next season.

Right now, I am sick with a head cold, fever, aches and chills. Before I fell asleep, I read a SI article about how the Jets have the worse passing game in the playoffs. Some of my dreams have come true before. I'm not even a Jets fan, but if something like this happens, then I'll be writing down all my dreams from here on out.

P.S. For the record, I think it will be the Chargers vs. the Saints, with the Chargers winning.

I bet you that really sent a T. Ingle up your leg.

I had a dream last night that I was sitting in front of a camp fire. Nothing unusual. Just eating marshmellows and drinking beer. The weird part is when I woke up I had a vicious hangover and my pillows were missing.

  • 2 weeks later...

True Story... just last night I dreamt that Atomic was my neighbor, and that he helped me save my cat and dog from some ferile cougars and coyotes running down our block. To reward him for his help, we shared some beer and frozen pizza.

I don't know if this is prophetic. Probably closer to pathetic. Definitely a sign that I'm spending too much time at the Huddle.

My dream was that Favre threw 6 int's in a playoff game. Oh wait....that wasn't a dream. That was a FRIGGIN NIGHTMARE!

Nice to see the Viking fans get all excited and then get their playoff dreams dashed next Sunday night on Favre's arm.

Where the F was this Favre two years ago?
