Furd
I know that its referenced in the other thread, but you just don't see plays like this all that often.
Square
I love the title on the clip. "One of the Greatest “Fat Guy” Moments in NFL History"
historymike
I love the title on the clip. Had to do some family stuff, so I missed the game. I loved the cutbacks and moves Connolly showed - while not "speedy," he was surprisingly shifty and fluid for a 315-pound lineman.
detlef
I'd obviously heard about it but hadn't seen it. That's great!
ts
And to top it off - I'm pretty sure Connolly was on the field for the next play, not on the sidelines sucking oxygen like NOS safety R. Harper was after his long return last week against the Rams.

ts
Why would a safety be on the field the next play after he returned a punt? Because Harper's return came on a fumble recovery, not a punt ... and the fumble call was overturned after the run back by Harper, with the ball being given back to STL. SteelBunz
Surprisingly, he didn't look all that winded! I thought it was great! Collinsworth's quote, "That was the loaf of bread carry!" had me laughing. Like he was running to make a sammich.
Chief Dick
That was awesome. Man I wish he would have scored.

MustOfBeenDrunk
The one thing I noticed from watching it again is that Brady didn't seem to be too impressed
Furd
The one thing I noticed from watching it again is that Brady didn't seem to be too impressed He was probably thinking "I better not f*ck this one up."
T_bone65
Did anyone else see the block in the back around the 15 yard line? eta: actually it looked like 2 different blocks in the back. But it was still great to see a fat guy run like that Edited December 20, 2010 by T_bone65
Brentastic
I had to watch the Survivor finale last night live, so I missed my first SNF game of the season. Was this off a squib kick? If not, how did he end up with the ball?

You don't deserve an answer for missing the game for Survivor. I thought they cancelled that show a few years ago.
