Whiskey Pimp
We had Jamal go at 1.04 followed by Martin at 1.05. Guy at 1.06 got Edge. Culpepper was the first QB taken at 1.09 with Manning going at 1.11. Dom Davis was taken at 2.04 by the guy that took CPep. TO was the 2nd WR taken after Moss and I got Holt at 2.11. Gonzo went in the 3rd (normal) and I got Gates at 5.02. Vick was the 4th QB taken right after McNabb in the 3rd by the guy who took Martin at 1.05. None of these are earth shattering like the Big Ben pick in the first, but a lot of players went at very unpredictable places. I started with SA, Holt, Wayne, K.Jones (keeper) and Gates to start. Chavez
Well, past the obvious tier 1 players, the cheat sheets are a muddle to me - I figure Manning and Pep, LT, SA, Edge, and Priest, and Moss are CLEARLY a cut above everyone else in their respective positions for various reasons - after that, it's one player after another with some sort of issue. Chavez
No foolin'; most drafts I've seen, Gonzo goes and Gates goes IMMEDIATELY after.
ebartender
I joined a new league last season my buddy was starting b/c he needed one more owner. The draft was crazy with most guys being new and making horrible picks. I figured it was just rookies. But this season at pick #8 overall this guy take Brady. Then in round #4 he takes Rothlisberger. Maybe it is just me, but I hate being in leagues where guys have no idea. I don't mind guys taking a chance but when 3-4 guys have no idea it kills the draft. Ursa Majoris
Oh yeah - I should have metioned that the team that took Bulger at 1.08 took four tight ends in this non-TE league, and none of them have a last name beginning with G. This team is in my division and I get to play them three times.
capnbeef
Worst pick in my draft was Bettis at 23rd overall. It's a performance league, not TD only. Other RBs available were S. Jackson, L Jordan, Westbrook, and a ton of top WRs, but the guy chose Bettis.

None are bad players, but they went at 14.03, 11.08, 10.03 and 5.08 respectively in a 10 man league with only 14 man rosters. The WW is full of better options. alchico
Well i'm not too sure how crazy this is, but in my local i was sitting at 11 and hoping to start with K. Jones (i'm a detroit homer) and take Cpepp in the 2nd(have always wanted him on my team). Then the totally bizare happened. Edge fell to me at #11. When 12 took Moss and A Green i jumped on Jones. Std perf scoring 6pts all td's, start 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr/te (te not req) This is how the 1st 2 rounds went: 1 Der Blitz Peyton Manning (QB IND) 2 Locked & Loaded LaDainian Tomlinson (RB SD) 3 Guszek Priest Holmes (RB KC) 4 Runner Shaun Alexander (RB SEA) 5 Detroit Blues Daunte Culpepper (QB MIN) 6 Browns Backers Willis McGahee (RB BUF) 7 Nala Dogs Domanick Davis (RB HOU) 8 Rude Dudes 2 Deuce McAllister (RB NO) 9 Rix Pix Corey Dillon (RB NE) 10 Dr. Pigskin Jamal Lewis (RB BAL) 11 9_Grandkids+ Edgerrin James (RB IND) 12 Berkeley Bowl Smokers Randy Moss (WR OAK) Round 2 13 Berkeley Bowl Smokers Ahman Green (RB GB) 14 9_Grandkids+ Kevin Jones (RB DET) 15 Dr. Pigskin Steven Jackson (RB STL) 16 Rix Pix Tatum Bell (RB DEN) 17 Rude Dudes 2 Donovan McNabb (QB PHI) 18 Nala Dogs Julius Jones (RB DAL) 19 Browns Backers Clinton Portis (RB WAS) 20 Detroit Blues Curtis Martin (RB NYJ) 21 Runner Marvin Harrison (WR IND) 22 Guszek Tiki Barber (RB NYG) 23 Locked & Loaded Torry Holt (WR STL) 24 Der Blitz Brian Westbrook (RB PHI) Â This totally screwed up my game plan and i had to constantly readjust as the draft rollled on. C-pepp at 5 was a little shocking and duece, dillon and lewis before edge was strange. Moss and green at 13 was a shock, Bell and mcnabb at 16/17 was also a reach. At the next swing all the rookie rb's were there except carnell so i took JJ, (maybe a mistake but all the teir 1 wr and quite a few tier 2 were gone. Wanted Wayne but went the pick before me.) I then figured there would be a qb run so i took bulger, and sure enough 8 qb's went before my next pick. I then grabed Coles and Lelie as my first 2 wr's. I ended up with a totally differant team than i expected/planned for but i'm pretty happy with it. J Harrington M Bulger E James J.J. Arrington K Jones Ricky Williams B Jacobs L Coles T Williamson K Colbert A Lelie J Witten R Lindell D Bills

bushwacked
2000 total yds and 9 tds with virtually NO goalline carries; Manning falls back to the 30s in td passes, Edge's tds go up into the mid-teens. That's how I see it working out. 965152[/snapback]      You are a brilliant man...I hope. In my local re-draft league I was #3 and QB's throwing TD's are 6 points. I truly did agonize bout Peyton as LT and SA went # 1 and #2. I picked Edge thinking the same thing. Somehow Kevin Jones fell to me at 3.3  No really really dumb picks in my local but we have this chick who spent over $100 in free agent pick ups last year somehow won the superbowl. Anyways, at 3.05 she goes with the Baltimore D/ST and at 6.8 she goes with Jason Elam.  When she picked the defense everyone kinda went "hmmmm,," My budy says: "Defense wins championships....just not fantasy football championships." When she picked the kicker in the 6th round my buddies just kinda giggled like little school girls.
