alwaysrocking
Jesus christ I got 2 lousey points from hassleback. That will probably cast me the playoof game. That was pass interference.

alwaysrocking
I thought there was a push off in the back. It was a dumb throw anyway as he was double covered. Well at least he got a junk td to still give me a little hope of winning this weekend. Not a good start, but at least I benched branch and dumped josh brown before the game. The live play looked like nothing more than feet tangling, and since you can't overturn PI the replay is inconsequential.
alwaysrocking
Little early in the week to be throwing in the towel don'tcha think? Well I have a very toght matchup but i did get 10 points from hassleback it could be worse I quess. But on paper my opponent probably wins this week. His matchups our pretty more favorable than mine our. I won't give up but man. then in my other league things werre looking good my opponent has gore and then he goes off. Not a good start to the playoffs for me.

bushwacked
I admire the fact that you are not blaming the officials...... Well, there is a differnce between an rearend whooping and a multitude of questionable calls that gives a team an underserved win. This game was the former, and the Steelers have a ring due to the latter.

Menudo
Hat Trick, I tried to warn you not to get your hopes up, but, you got angry with me......... Before you rip on me for the Steelers season, I give the following evdience that their record is a fluke, and they are a much better team than their record shows: There are two teams in the NFL in the Top 10 in both Offense and Defense. One is the San Diego Chargers, the other, you guessed it, the Pittsburgh Steelers........ Edited December 15, 2006 by Menudo

Menudo
yes, you are sitting on a juggernaut ... Didn't say that. Their problems were caused on their own, with turnovers, which is what bad teams do. I simply stated a fact that they are one of two teams ranked in the top 10 both offensively and defensively. I simply stated a fact that they are one of two teams ranked in the top 10 both offensively and defensively. If Ricardo C. does not muff that fumble vs. Cincy (a totally unforced error), Steelers are sitting at 7-6, controlling their own destiny in the playoff race. In that game, the Steelers gave up 14 pts in about 50 seconds. Same thing happened vs. Atlanta when Ben/Hartings fumbled a snap. Unforced errors have cost them 2 games. Steelers are very close to being mentioned with the other good teams in the NFL this year. Their year isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. They have won 4 of their last 5. But this isn't something anyone will realize until next year when the Steelers take care of the football better and don't put themselves in a hole at the beginning of the year. I really think that most of Ben's problems this year were a direct head game problem with all his offseason motorcycle problems and the appendix problem. Menudo
In something other than the stat that counts? You know...points? That is why I said they are a bad football team, despite being talented. They turned the ball over and took themselves out of games, which is what 'bad' football teams do. However, the fact that they are one of two teams in the top 10 offensively and defensively tells me that the talent is there...they just need to stop making mistakes.
