It's basic strategy w/ a little twist to single/double deck games. I hate shoes. Don't buy the cards in the shop! Hard to read, and $$. Take a look at it, try it on the web, it works for the most part. Don't get me started on card counting. The casinos have pretty much killed that with 8 deck shoes, varying the cut,not to mention the reshuffle. Quick counts on a single deck can work, a little, but if the table is full, as the deck only lasts 2 maybe 3 rounds, you have to be very accurate. W/ basic strategy the house has ~1.75% edge. Double deck odds are better, ~1.25% house advantage, but usually $25 are minimum and on the weekends are higher. Hard to beat 'cept for craps, but craps needs a bigger bankroll and less time. About 10 of us just met up there and kept bellying up to the bar like it was a water trough and just milled around the open area. I did something similar to that many years ago when I was at a carnival and the old "ring toss around the bottle" was a game I couldn't lose at. Won many stuffed animals. And a little girl came up to me with $1 and said "Mister could you win me one?" I went cold as ice. But my GF was holding several and I gave her one of those. Her eyes lit up like I've never seen before or since. True story! So in answer to your question Jax... Sure I can do that, but do you want a bear or a tiger? I would love to take a look at this as well...thanks RR! Sent! FWIW there is an old Vegas story about gambling. As the old sage said...."Mail $500 dollars to the casino and consider that you saved the airfare and the room costs!" Side bar... I'd love to discuss my sheet vs your thoughts and other strats! I mean that. I invented that card 20 years ago and I've tweaked it frequently. I'd love to get comments and critiques of it! I enjoy blackjack, though it is not my favored game, but I usualyl stick with very basic strategy trying to go with the ost mathematically correct play. Not looking good right now, but I am going to be relentless in my maneuvering here at work and then hope that my flirtatious abilities work on the gate agent... unless it's a dude.. well, if he's one of them NTTAWWT, then maybe I can flirt too if it gets me on the earlier flight.
