Chavez
I would say "Breaking Away"... Meh. If we're talking strict cycling films, American Flyers was better than Breaking Away. .... but "2 Seconds" is even better cuz it's got lesbian boobies rubbin' on each other. You might want to check out Personal Best.

LegFuJohnson
Major League (the original, the sequels do not exist) was not only the best sports movie, but simply the best movie ever made.

Chavez
Major League (the original, the sequels do not exist) was not only the best sports movie, but simply the best movie ever made. It's a subpar knockoff of Slap Shot....Bull Durham is in the same league with both Slap Shot and Major League but manages to be better than both of 'em. whomper
I would say "Breaking Away", but "2 Seconds" is even better cuz it's got lesbian boobies rubbin' on each other. detlef
Meh. If we're talking strict cycling films, American Flyers was better than Breaking Away. Breaking Away was a great flick that just happened to be about a cyclist. American Flyers was a shoddy excuse for a film slapped together quickly in hopes of capitalizing on what appeared to be an increased US popularity in the sport due to the rise of Greg Lamond in the world scene. If it was "better" as a sports movie it was because it was more about cycling than Breaking Away was but that doesn't make it a better movie, IMO. Chavez
#1 is Caddyshack and it isn't even close Caddyshack isn't even much of a "movie" - it's plot is secondary to watching Dangerfield, Murray, Chevy Chase, and Ted Knight shuck and jive. Without those 4 guys going off the reservation on a regular basis, nobody would have given a sh*t about Caddyshack. Now, I think it's freakin' hilarious, but there just isn't much going on there.
