Savage Beatings
Which songs did you absolutely LOVE when you first heard them, but then for whatever reason something changed and now you just can’t stand them? Maybe it got overplayed, or your musical taste simply changed, etc.? Start me Up – The Rolling Stones Walk This Way – Aerosmith

matt770
I used to really like Coldplay's first two albums, can't listen to them anymore. The Clash sounds dated to me now, and I used to like them. I find the Chili Peppers annoying and used to be a Hugh fan.
The Irish Doggy
Metallica in general.
Ursa Majoris
I've slowly been digitizing my vinyl and tape collection for the past few years and it's interesting to listen to stuff that I haven't listened to in maybe 20 years or more. The odd thing is that there is very little that I haven't enjoyed and much that I enjoyed far more than I thought I would, so the thread question is tough for me to answer. Side note: Listening to vinyl from the 60s, 70s and 80s, the one thing that has been obvious is how much better production has become since then. Some of the older stuff sounds pretty thin from a production standpoint compared to 90s and later.
SeductiveNun
Rock and Roll All Night - Kiss The next time I'm at a show and the band starts playing that song I swear I throwing a chair at the stage.
frenzal rhomb
Black Dog by Led Zep - fortunately there is that little noise before the caterwalling begins and I can reach for the dial

Scooby's Hubby
I cannot stand any Boston. Hip Hop gets dated real quick ... however, there are some that are long-term classics (EX: Today was a good day) Most mainstream one hit wonders, especially 80's bands Hair bands, which I never liked in the first place (Scooby and I make fun of Warrant) And I agree with everyone except Irish Doggy, (no offense, Metallica will always rule, get burned out at times yes, but never kicked out of the library) Edited April 1, 2011 by Scooby's Hubby
BeeR
Due to overplay: Turn the Page (B Seger) Hotel California (Eagles) Superstition (S Wonder). Fly Like an Eagle (S Miler) Do It Again (Steely Dan) Every little etc (Police) Almost anything Genesis from self-titled album on out (didn't "love" all of it but not into breaking it down) Others that don't come to mind yet I'm sure. Comes w/age I guess Due to all the stupid BS chatter/etc in the middle: Isn't She Lovely - S Wonder

tazinib1
Can't really pinpoint one song but the main reason I don't listen to mainstream radio anymore is overkill play. Pretty much any new song that came out was/is played 20 Ginsuing times a day...ruining it forever.

bushwacked
Anything by Steve Miller Band. Spot on... Metallica in general. I'm still of the opinion everything up to In Justice for All is classic. Don't think I could ever get tired of Master of Puppets.
rattsass
I hate to say it, but I am burned pretty hard on two of biggest of all time, Stairway to Heaven and Freebird. If I didn't turn the station every time one of them comes on the word hate might come into play. Once the corporations took over the business it was dead. I grew up on KSHE-95 in St. Louis and when I go back there (infrequently) it just makes me ill what that once great station has become. Our local AOR here in the bible belt has apparently succumbed to political correctness and plays "dead spot" or edited versions of every song wtih a cuss word in it, which to me is akin to that idiot Ashcroft covering the naked statues. Which is one reason I will never tire of the aforementioned "Start Me Up" which has made it past the censors all these years with the line "you could make a dead man come." God bless you Rolling Stones.
BeeR
Once the corporations took over the business it was dead. Yep. Mellencamp did a great article on this FWIW. fn big money - it's ruined pro sports and the music industry. Oh well at least we have porn HAHAHAHAHA. Anyway, I saw someone put Pearl Jam on there list, but specifically, their song "Jeremy" is one that I now hate.
