I've signed up for the gym, I've signed up for a couple courses offered by our company health provider, I'm moving the treadmill over to nearer my home theater / TV (so I can exercise while using it rather than sitting on my ass), got my first physical for four years scheduled with the quack. Unfortunately, me and the Nicorette had a bad reaction two days ago resulting in atrial fibrillation. Everything is fine, I'm going jogging tomorrow (scared the $hit out of me though) but no Nicorette in the last two days, either. Not going well. I might just do it. God....2 months...can't remember if I've ever lasted that long. Even in the Navy, I'd have a stock of Nyquil or cough syrup. Yeah,....I don't mind airing out my dirty laundry. If my base training is where it needs to be by next month then I'll go for the 140.6 but I don't want to have to train rigorously just to get to a certain base level.
