Huzz
In Minnesota it is snowing today. We will probably see about 1 inch on the ground when its over then warm up again and melt it all. First snow since late November.
Square
Got cold and chitty here this afternoon. Probably going to get snow tonight. Supposed to be back to high 30s, low 40s by this weekend though so we'll see how it goes. Oh well, knew it couldn't last forever.

Furd
Maybe I can finally use the snow thrower that I bought recently. Lots of $$ just gathering dust.
DMD
Think about it - this was the first NFL season I can ever remember where there were really no snow games or games that were affected much by rain or wind. It was the most "weatherless" season I can recall.

I also have a brand new roof snow rake collecting dust. Edited January 12, 2012 by Wolverines Fan
The Holy Roller
Maybe a half inch of snow here this morning. The problem was the roads were warm so the first stuff melted but as the night went on the temps dropped to the teens and now that melted stuff is icy. Saw a high school kid park his Camero in the ditch on the way to school this morning and then a 4x4 pick up went off the side, ran down a speed-limit pole sign and climbed back up onto the pavement. Lots of tractor trailers jack knifed on I-44. And yesterday it was 60o with blue sky golfing weather.
muck
KCMO can't take care of their roads. I did a 360 at about 8mph coming down a hill. Didn't hit anyone, just the curb twice while performing the pirouette.
Wolverines Fan
Starting snowing here around noon. It's not heavy but it's been steady. Couple inches on the ground.
Square
I was on a jobsite in Storm Lake, IA yesterday and holy Fck was the wind cold. You can have that territory back Nuke. I see no reason to go up there again.
matt770
It's 35 outside right now, and kinda breezy. Glad I'm not out in that and thank God the forecast calls for a high of 49 tomorrow.

Sugar Magnolia
Our Huddlers who were very out spoken about global warming being a bunch of hogwash when we were having record snow and cold last winter, are very quiet this year I haven't heard any Huddlers who believe global warning is real, using this winter as a platform to state their beliefs--just saying. Square
storm lake sucks ass, pretty much any packin house town. What biz are ya into? Yea, the town didn't look like much, but BVU is an expensive little college up there on the lake. I was commissioning the lighting automation system on a dorm building up there. I'm in Omaha the majority of the time, but every now and then I get shipped to BFE Iowa.

Ursa Majoris
The forecast calls for highs in the 40s, 50s and 60s for nine of the next ten days. We're going to have what will likely be the coldest week of the year. Highs of 9 for the latter half of the week. Not too bad, really.
