Montana is da Man
In a deep 14 team league, I have D. Thomas, Welker, Bernard and J. Brown on bye. Brown is my #5 WR but I'd rather start him over MJD in my flex spot. I'm rolling the dice with Allen Robinson, MJD, & A. Blue. It's safe to say I'll take the loss this week. rajncajn
On a good note you will be getting most of your byes out of the way in one week. Theoretically you'll have an advantage the rest of the year.
lennykravitz2004
Feeling the pain as well, however I find I'm kind of enjoying the challenge of this week in filling roster spots. Rolling the dice on a few players, while hoping for anything from others. Three starters on bye and a short bench.
DMD
Week 9 - ATL, BUF, CHI, DET, GB. TEN Week 10 - HOU, IND, MIN, NE, SD, WAS are going to be tough too.
irish
I actually like the idea of trying to have one bad bye week and being close to full strength most other weeks.

CowboysDiehard
Rolling the dice? For me, it's more like spinning the cylinder!
DMD
I personally cannot wait for week 9 because it seems every week at least a couple teams are throwing Julio Jones at me.
sausagekingchi
Guy I am facing this week has either people on bye or injured. Even some of his lineup is questionable with injuries or coming off a missed game due to injury. He has to start Flacco, Bernard Pierce, LaGarrette Blount, Golden Tate and the Falcons defense. His other WR's are Brandon Marshall and Crabtree. He's got Vernon Davis at TE.

Curious to see how many people get hit twice, or all three times, especially as the season wears on and rosters start to turn over. That would suck everything. Tripleshot
On Bye for me on one of my teams: Ball Bernard(at flex) Michael Floyd Harvin Rams D Subbing with: Joique Bell Cooks Wallace(questionable game status for now) Justin Hunter Lions D 6 man bench, so I'd have to drop Rams D if Mike Wallace can't go Sunday(Jeremy Hill also on bench). rattsass
After never seeing the team I drafted to be starters during the first 3 weeks, these bye weeks will just be a continuation of what I have been doing. Bailing water....
keggerz
In one league I have the following guys on bye (we can start 3 TEs and it's enhanced PPR for them): Demaryius Jordan Cameron Jared Cook Zach Miller Johnny Hekker Quanterus Smith Rey Maualuga Richard Sherman Kam Chancellor Tony Jefferson

Since I own Julio and Alshon in a league I'm not looking forward to week 9 at all.
Croe
Week 9 - ATL, BUF, CHI, DET, GB. TEN Week 10 - HOU, IND, MIN, NE, SD, WAS are going to be tough too. This week Byes were supposed to be bad. on bye: Peyton Manning Gio Michael floyd Subbed Eli in, and I started Donnell over Ertz - RBs still hurting, hopefully this makes up for it Week 9 will be brutal as well in other league on Bye: Matt Ryan Calvin Johnson Alshon Jeffery CJ Spiller Subs: Dalton but he is playing Jacksonville Decker Ty Hilton/Michael Floyd Trent richardson
stevegrab
Dem Thomas and Fitz out, and it seems like the rest of my team all have some sort of minor injury or reason they might not play (CJ0K, Gerhart, Megatron, Jordan Matthews, Heath Miller). And my #4 WR that would be useful this week, duh Miles Austin also on a bye. Week 9 will be a little worse, Cutler, Megatron, BUF-D, Gould. I'll be able to use Rivers and will need to hit waivers before then for backup D/K. These 6 team bye weeks are crazy. I vote the NFL makes weeks 1-16 have 2 teams on bye, and those 2 teams play the following Thursday (no short week, no friggin 6 teams on bye). boltup2106
I have six on bye including peyton against the worst player in my league. Sure it gives me an advantage but I must ein or else I will be ridiculed by others haha
