bigdadreed
Or the Sunday Night crew. 985724 Paul Maguire imitating Madden: "Watch this! Vick goes to the right and, then LOOK he goes back to the left and WATCH THIS, poof he spins out and throws it!"

Vet
Madden was on MFL for only the last few years. 985784 And he won't be doing it next year. He'll be doing the Sunday Night games on NBC next year.

godtomsatan
They definitely need to get a hotter chick! 985792 We were just discussing this at work. I don't mind Tafoya in general, but if all she's going to tell us about is non-football baloney, get a centerfold in there.
Cunning Runt
Or the Sunday Night crew. 985724 Give me Mike Patrick over Al Michaels 100 times out of a 100.

redman
Give me Mike Patrick over Al Michaels 100 times out of a 100. 985872 Al Michaels always seems like he's trying to compete with the schtick from whoever he's paired up with. It was at its worst with Dennis Miller when he was always trying to one-up Miller's jokes.
EZDoesit
None of these commentators are there to bring you guys heightened enlightenment everytime they speak. Of course they're going to say some obvious things, obvious to most of us. I find all of these complaints curious, because when I'm watching the game, all I need them to give me are injury reports and give up some dirt they may have picked up before the game started. For everything else, I don't even pay attention to what they're saying..........I can follow the game myself....
Avernus
I like Madden more than most of the crews out there...and I actually don't mind Aikman and the crew he's usually with....the crews on CBS are just boring....ESPN tries to hard to dumb it down and then you have Madden who's just dumb but somewhat entertaining.... gilthorp
EZ, this is true. Doesn't matter though...you'll see the same basic thread 16+ times a year--one for the Sunday night crew, one for the MNF games. :
