In '87 everyone lived in Bremerton... then 8 years ago people started moving out of state...including the Commissioner. Now all but 2 make it to SoCal for the 'live' part of the draft. Avernus Posted August 26, 2006 Share Posted August 26, 2006 I draft today we are officially starting our keeper league and also allowing the trading of draft picks as well... but we've set it up in a fashion that the draft doesn't take forever....you can only trade draft picks within the 1st 3 rounds.....you can trade any pick, but it has to be within that timeframe...
