He is so into himself and his so called wizardry that it gets in the way of the food itself. All cooks and chefs should always remember the mantra I was taught with long ago "Good Food is Good Food, Bad Cooks make Good Food Bad". Even with the most sympathetic edit possible, he still looks like an awful boss with terrible people skills. The guy has an amazing mind for food, for science, and even artistic vision, but my Lord. slambo Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 On the Top Chefs All-Stars Reunion show they punked Marcel "I cook for the people" Vigneron pretty good. There was an episode of All-Stars where Dale won. At the end they were outside chillin and Marcel was pissed that Dale had won and was getting on his case ghetto style. In the All-Stars reunion show they turned Marcel's rant into a rap video that was hilarious which I'm sure many of you saw.
