  1. Wrong. The only thing they have in common is speed. Worthy is a far more complete WR than Ross ever could have hoped to be. Nice ZeroU bias you got there.
  2. Just got home from watching the draft with him. Glad I told him to submit an entry  And guess it wouldn’t have mattered if I kept my picks the same this morning instead of making two changes!
  3. As we do every year, Jon and I are watching the draft and always put a little deal together. confirmed
  4. I see it both ways. I know that the Atlanta Braves moved out from downtown to the 'burbs and had a ton of extra land available to build restaurants, bars, hotels, etc. Light rail goes right to it. It's supposedly awesome. That's not always possible, though. Downtown venues just usually have that functionality built-in, which makes those locations more desirable at least from a fan's perspective. We want the "total experience". Could the Bears' ownership offer that in Arlington Heights? Having family from the area, I know exactly where they're looking to build and from what I remember, it's just the regular-'ol 'burbs and they'd need to build up the area around it to have any desirability.
  5. Great googly-moogly!

  7. Dude. He was a rookie last year playing behind an established vet. Once that vet got hurt, he slid into the starting role. From that point (Week 11) to the end of the season, he averaged 17 ppg. He is now a starting ILB for a team that traditionally has high scoring LBs. He is 23 with DTS eligibility. Not sure what you’re looking at.
  8. This is completely wrong. I don’t think you’ve done any due diligence on Pace’s rookie season nor his long-term prospects.
  9. And… you’re being unfair to Pace. He only started a handful of games last year as a ROOKIE. He now has a starting spot from the get-go, wears the green dot, and is DTS-eligible. Had he been an RFA, you’re telling me a player of that ilk wouldn’t go for $25+. Come on.
  10. @Pope Flick is RFA broken in this league’s “sister league” AFL? If not, is your ire tied to the $100 reload versus $50 there? In my opinion this is a basic construct of the dynasty format; you should have the ability to keep your players for a long ass time, even if it means overpaying to keep them… and at the expense of giving up young talent which potentially mortgages your future ability to compete. I had all but $19 to match Warner and the assets on my DTS to raise that amount (quite easily, mind you, as I had multiple offers to get me the necessary funds). Again, a basic construct of the dynasty format. Had I not had the assets on DTS, maybe I wouldn’t have been able to pull it off.
  11. i mean...... holy hell y'all.... I match
