Fantasy Jesus
Torn ligaments . . . "Defensive end Jevon Kearse suffered a season-ending left knee injury in Sunday's loss to the Giants. The injury included sprains of multiple ligaments, including the medial collateral ligament, the lateral collateral ligament and the posterior cruciate ligament. H8tank
Damn, too bad, and it didn't appear to be so bad on the replay.
Wolv
Big blow to the Eagles D. Kearse definitely has a problem staying healthy. He hasn't played a full season since 2001.
Runner
Too bad for him, but he was done before hurting his knees. I don't see it as a great loss for the Eagles.
Avernus
Too bad for him, but he was done before hurting his knees. I don't see it as a great loss for the Eagles. he had 3 1/2 sacks in 2 games...

The Wolf
Too bad for him, but he was done before hurting his knees. I don't see it as a great loss for the Eagles. How is that? Do they have the second coming of Bruce Smith or Reggie White waiting on the bench? How can a guy on pace to record 28 sacks NOT be a big loss? i_am_the_swammi
Worse, the play occured in overtime, which should NEVER have happened. Memo to Andy Reid: when your opponent is down, kick them as hard as you can, rather than let them up. Fortunately, the Eagles rotate 8 D-linemen, so hopefully, Cole, McDougle etc. will be able to step it up. Ugh.

rajncajn
Cole has actually been somewhat impressive in his limited action, but I don't think he would be an every down player. BTW, this should be posted in teh IDP forum.
Tega
I am the Swammi- You hit the nail on the head. Reid blew it and there shouldn't have even been an overtime. I am so pissed off.
H8tank
I saw it on ESPN, his knee went sideways... I watched it live, and replayed. It was bent, but not that bad. Even the broadcast booth said as much, no way to know how bad, but it was not one of those HOLY SSCHIT!!! type bends.

He's no "Freak" and may need some rest, but I think he'll fill in just fine. Edit: Kearse only had 4 tackles and 3.5 sacks in 2 games. Randall
I saw it on ESPN, his knee went sideways... Yeah, it looked pretty painful to me. It's always hard to judge internal damage, but it didn't look good.
Savage Beatings
Holy crap... defensive impact players really took a beating in week 2 Erasmus James - done Javon Kearse - done David Pollack - done
