Pens are just completely overmatched in this series. God I HATE Ottawa but damn they look scary. If the Sabres advance it'll be nice knowing we won't have to face them in the next round. Bring on the Rags!!!

Pens played a good game tonight, but it still wasn't enough. :D Played an awesome 2nd period finally and I really thought they were going to carry that momentum over to the 3rd period. It seemed to me that the big guns got totally shut down in the 3rd. I'm not surrendering just yet, but they have to play their asses off to win game 5 in Ottawa. If they win that, who knows? At least they'll know what it takes next year and if they do indeed lose this series(very likely now) I hope it leaves a horrible taste in their mouths.

Let's not forget about Tampa Bay! Up 2-1 on the mighty Devils. I've got to hand it to the Rangers. They went into the playoff as one of the hottest teams and they're playing like it.

:D Jeebus, I thought the mattress Thrashers would at least make a series of this.

That being said, the Rangers have played solid D for the last 3-4 weeks before the playoffs, and are a team who knows how to score.

The only thing the Pens are guilty of in my opinion is playing like a team without a lot of playoff experience. I hold on to hope that they beat the Senators, but those odds are getting pretty slim now.

The Devils are letting me down big time so far. I thought they would have at least enough offense to outmatch the goalie-deficeint Lightning. :D Still, it's only 2-1, and anything can happen.

Senators = fast, experienced, dynamic hockey team that can play for 60 minutes.

Penguins = fast, fun hockey team that is wearing their lack of experience as a badge for all to see. They're gaining playoff expreience, which is valuable, and I hope the ass kicking they're receiving motivates the young kids for the future. I think they win game 5 in Ottawa, and we'll see what happens from there.

Can't say I didn't see it coming, but it still sucks. :D

Little disappointed in the lack of effort tonight.

I agree 100%. Still a great year for the Pens but they got outplayed this series in pretty much all aspects of the game.

On the plus side they will be in Pittsburgh for the next 30 years and have the best young core of players in the NHL. I am looking forward to the years to come.
