good - can it be over now?

Seriously. . . the all time record has passed from a noble, classy hero for kids to look up to. Now it's held by a selfish, adulterous, tax-evading Megan Fox who treats the media and even his own teammates like crap. Not to mention the fact that he's more than likely a cheater.

Sad day for the game. . .the sooner A-Rod passes Bonds the better.

For a guy who only hit 40 or more home runs 3 times in his first 14 years in the league and than rip off 258 home runs in the next 5 years, it think its obvious he was juiced up. After 14 years, you would think he would average the same type of numbers or less?

Lots of love for A-Rod here....I wonder if everyone will feel the same once Canseco's new book comes out, and his allegations are proven to be true by someone?

Sunday, July 29th 2007, 4:00 AM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The last time Jose Canseco put pen to paper, all of baseball quaked.

He promises to do it again - and this time he says he'll have something to say about Alex Rodriguez. Canseco, who wrote "Juiced," his 2005 book detailing his use of steroids with Mark McGwire, Juan Gonzalez, Rafael Palmeiro, Pudge Rodriguez and others, says he has another book in the works, due this fall.

He told Boston's WEEI Radio on Friday that he had "other stuff" on A-Rod that will be coming out. When asked directly if Rodriguez had used steroids, Canseco replied: "Wait and see."

Rodriguez cut off a question about Canseco's comments yesterday after being asked in Baltimore if he had heard the former slugger's words, saying, "Nope, I haven't. And I have no comment."

no denial...just a "no comment"...hmm

So lemme get this straight. . .Canseco writes the "tell all" book on steroids where he blows the whistle on everyone in the game. . .except for the best player in the game. Now for his second book, he suddenly has dirt on the guy. . . yeah right.

This is so obviously a desperate attempt to sell more books it's laughable.

Thing about arod is he has consistently been same size physically , and consistent with his hr production since he netered the league ...and a lot less allegations and much weaker sources as it pertains to arod compared to bonds

agreeed, except.....

Canseco's allegations are probably from their days on the west coast, very early in Arod's career...so the fact that there has been no change in his size wouldn't mean much if he has been on the juice from Day 1 (where its obvious that Bond's turned into Mr. Potatohead in the middle of his career).

I too doubt they are true...at least I hope for baseball's sake they aren't true.... :D
