Big Country
Well, let's see IN addition to the traditional spaghetti and meatballs I like a idsh from a local place called Sausage Ferrenzano. Basically it is tortellinis in a red sauce with a lot of sauteed garlic and onion and a ton of sliced italian sausage. And topped with a boat load of mozzarella. Azazello1313
another one of my faves has to be a basic italian sausage sammich. best when the sausage is a patty, on a toasted roll, with grilled onions and sweet peppers, cheese...a little marinara on the side to dip. Edited November 7, 2007 by Azazello1313
