In addition to being painful, it usually weirds them out a little if they are breast feeding; the boobs become baby's. what if you wear a gigantic diaper? I usually pay strippers with silicones an extra $25-50 depending on size to let me poke them with sticks. It's quite demeaning for them but I find it rather enjoyable.
