Just kinda surprised me that they would bother making anything other than a news statement and if they did then it would look & sound a bit better than a run-of-the-mill home movie. I've still gotta wonder if the article & video are actually linked or of Yahoo just made that assumption and put them together. well they know the internet is going to drive the story, just like the last dumb "southwest hates hot people" story, so they want to be on top of it. youtube. of course they're not going to make a big production out of it, just shoot some PR person on a camcorder. i can't really see why you find it so hard to believe that video is "real". eta: here's their youtube page. who do you think is behind this if not someone working for southwest?
