fingfootball
I found some family and friends that the state had some money for, not much but might as well have it instead of the state. Good Luck! http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032600/

Double Agent
Texas has $44.01 of my money and they're really making me jump through hoops to get it. I've got to show them proof that I lived at an old address and that's not easy. The apartment complex changed management and they're not giving me any information. Can you contact some utilities maybe? If you were paying bill that match your name and that address it might work.

muck
http://www.globalrichlist.com/ You'll be surprised. While an interesting topic to think about, there is no way this is close to accurate.

Puddy
Nothing for me but I found that one of my best friends has over $500 coming to him. Call him and tell him you can get him an unexpected $500 but he has to treat you to dinner and drinks.

Puddy
I'd find it more interesting if when I typed in someone's name it would show how much they owed.

Pope Flick
Has to be a crock. Or else I'm terribly bad at money management. I'd actually like to know. When you consider that 40% of the world's population live in India and China live and 40% of them live on $1 a day or less Then I think this might not seem as far fetched as it might appear. jaxfactor
My dad has been dead since 1989. The state of Florida has $100.00 of his. To claim it I have to have a copy of his death certificate, an old bill or something with his name and address on it, a copy of my FL dr. license, my left toenail, right eyebrow, and my neighbor's dog. A serious PIA to go through for a C-note, plus I have 5 surviving brothers and sisters.
