I woke up to this story this morning on local radio. Not many sports stories get worse than this.

the school had the same thing happen to a 14 year-old wrestler last year

Do they have defibrillators at all schools like they do on airplanes? Granted, no one really thinks that a young person will have a heart attack, but maybe schools should?

We have them all through the Pittsburgh schools. High Schools all have one in the gym area as well as one or two others in other areas. Smaller schools all have one near the main office.

 

This is really sad.

Very sad. And I don't mean to make light of this tragedy, but he went out at a great personal moment, maybe one of the best of his life.
