Brentastic
To this day I still think the original Jungle Book is the best animated movie I've ever seen. Hand drawn cartoon with incredible music.

Square
Phineas and Ferb are the best cartoon episodes that you can actually watch with your kid. Other than that, my 3 year old daughter likes: Cartoon episodes (although can probably be downloaded online): Backyardigans Kick Buttowski Wonderpets Little Einsteins Movies Tangled, the 3 Tinkerbell movies (a bit girlish though) Nemo
westvirginia
I gotta echo tangled for sure. Like with the Shrek movies, I laughed my ass off the first time watching it with the kids. Four is probably too young, but my kids like "Corpse Bride" and "Nightmare before Christmas". They're dark comedies for kids, and they are really cerebral (on a level for a 9 y/o+), which I'd bet would fit your kids from what I know of you. bpwallace49
In addition to the many, many great movies already named . . For little kids, the Veggie Tales movies are great. Goonies is a classic for slightly older kids (my 10 year old boy loves the movie) Spy Kids were good, the Madagascar series, Penguins of Madagascar on Nickelodeon are great, but my kids favorites are Scooby Doo. We have the old school one on our cable on demand system, and the newer movies are great as well. (the cartoon series, not the terrible live human Scooby Doo movies). My wife kept shooting me looks that said, "What are you showing our son!" He liked it, but movies have become much more child friendly since this one was made. Big Country
Just about all of the Pixar, Dreamworks Animation and Disney movies are good. Cars had major play in our house, as do many of the "classics" like Fox and the Hound, etc. Another plus for Scooby-Doo (animated series, both old and new) I also enjoy Phineas an Ferb with the kids. My 4-year old really likes Thomas the Train shows.
ljbrun
As I recall, Follow That Bird fit that age group pretty well.
