SecondString
Thoughts? He's performing like a breakout candidate, is a physical beast and supposedly crazy speed for a guy his size. On most teams would be a no-brainer to snatch him up. Not sure whether he'll be hit or miss the rest of the way or if they will continue to find ways to get him targets. Just worried that the fact that the Chargers are invested in Gates to the tune of $10.9M in 2014/15 will keep the ceiling a little lower for at least a while. darin3
There's no way they keep this guy off the field. The Bolts brought in Danny Woodhead and had no problem fitting him in much like the Pats did (which, honestly, was a huge shock to me). Why can't they adopt yet another Pats thing and go with 2 TEs? Green IS a physical freak, with 4.45 speed. That's nuts for a TE. Just ask Vernon Davis. I was trying like mad to get this guy in my dynasty leagues this past summer to no avail. Even WITH Gates in tow, I think this guy could produce. Once Gates is toast (and, contract or not, the guy has an injury history), Green's value skyrockets if the production somehow can match the obvious physical tools. Chloroform Rx
Anyone rolling with him in the playoffs for week 14?
darin3
Anyone rolling with him in the playoffs for week 14? Don't see why not if you're looking for a sleeper. He was on the field for 90% of the snaps last week. Eddie Royal is still banged up so that trend could certainly continue and you gotta like the matchup. boltnlava
Green is a freak. I drafted him late thinking SD would freaking use him with Gates and make a match up nightmare...Didn't happen. He is the future.
MustOfBeenDrunk
With Gates Hammy & Green getting most of the look the last 3 weeks I would if I didn't have anything better I can see Green getting 8 targets this week and ending up with somewhere around 6 for
SeductiveNun
Anyone rolling with him in the playoffs for week 14? I'm starting him as a flex option since my other options are either Ellington, Ogbannaya, Burleson, or Boykin. Need a homerun and he's as good a bet to get that as anyone else I have. Wpob
I was outbid for him (2 weeks ago) and J. Thomas (week 1) by the same owner. It is a dynasty league and he is sitting pretty.
Footballjoe
I have him on my DTS in 2 dynasty's. Drafted him since I have gates in both. I only made the playoffs in one league and have a bye this week. I have to decide whether to play him over gates next week, maybe this weeks game will help me in that decision.
