9ersdude
I heard the three boys were wearing Patriot's spamshirts and Marvin had a playoff flashback!! :doah:
Ziachild007
I don't buy it. 757237 Me either. But, I was thinking it is possible that the 2 guys with him might have done something while Marvin was on the phone and the boys saw their opportunity for 15 minutes of fame. Patsfan04
So, Manning can get autographs from accountants, but teens should stay clear of Harrison?
ebartender
He doesn't seem that type. I stopped him in a art store in Philadelphia and he was more then happy to give a few autographs.

Except nobody dies in this story. There was a "life threatening choke hold" though.
CaP'N GRuNGe
I guess Edge was right. The Colts are dysfunctional as hell. Next thing you know we'll find out about Peyton's coke habit.
gspot
I don't buy it. 757237 I 2nd that motion. The alleged altercation occurred when the boys approached Harrison, who was talking on his cellular phone. While the boys were waiting for Harrison to finish his calls, two men acting on Harrison's behalf told them there would be no autographs or photos. Without provocation, the suit says, the two men, later joined by Harrison, attacked the boys. Something is missing here. "without provocation"? You don't go from standing their quietly talking on the phone to a mob assault with no provocation. If it smells like a rat, looks like a rat, it must be a rat. Czarina
An interesting twist on the Colts choking themselves I guess. Brings the fans right into the NFL experience. Oh come on. Someone had to say it.
Big Score 1
Here's another write up on the incident the.honoluluadvertiser.com The following came from the article "Valencia Williams, a Los Angeles computer technician who is named as a plaintiff in the case, said yesterday her 13-year-old son was one of four teenage boys, all related, who approached Harrison for his autograph and to take his photograph. Williams said she was eating dinner in a nearby restaurant and did not witness the Feb. 10 incident, which occurred at 10 p.m. outside the Louis Vuitton store at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Her account is based on her son's statements, Williams said. Williams said her son told her that when the teens approached, Harrison was on a cell phone and told them to wait. He later made another call and two men showed up, Williams said. The men are not identified in the lawsuit. According to her son, one of the men punched one of the boys, a 15-year-old, in the jaw. The youth was taken to the hospital, she said. Williams said her son told her Harrison also shoved one of the boys and placed a "chokehold" on him." Police have said they interviewed Harrison on Feb. 12 in connection with two misdemeanor third-degree assault cases and a petty misdemeanor harassment case. No one was arrested, and no one has been charged." Let me see if I've got this straight. Two begin with, what are 13 year olds doing running around unsupervised at 10 o'clock at night? Two men just showed up out of nowhere and one of them decided to sucker punch a 15 year old for no reason? Everything about these charges are based on the words of a 13 year old. We all know that teenagers never exagerate don't we The police did not charge or arrest anyone. Hmmmm.....sounds to me like Mommy is chasing a big $$$ pay day I guess Harrison could've done it, but I'd be really surprised.
Patsfan04
The incident happened in mid Feb. and the lawsuit has already been filed? This is all about money. The woman had to have contacted a lawyer immediatly to get the ball rolling.

'canes2004
This case gets tossed. There has to be some pieces to the story we're not getting here. I'll wait until all the facts have been released before I pass judgement, but I hope Marvin is just being set up in this whole deal. I don't need a bunch of negative press ruining a key player on 3 of my teams in '05.
