Season's in the toilet; I've managed one lousy win with what at draft seemed like fine team. I could that euphemism "rebuilding year", except it's a redraft league. Calvin Johnson probably the worst this week, although I suffered from putting in Garrard at QB (over Palmer, seemed right at the time). I'd much rather root for one of my guys to do something good than other guys to do poorly. If the Jets D scores a TD you'll be able to hear the F bomb a mile away... I expect to lose the other one. Smith f'ed me with his high-scoring team. The only thing that kept me alive was Jamal Lewis and Clinton Portis ... who would've thunk it? Still up by 0.80 points. In one league (a PPR) I have a 10-point lead with the Jets D/ST left to play for me, and Dustin Keller left for my opponent. In my other league (a non-PPR) I'm in pretty much the exact opposite situation with a 17.5 point lead with Keller left for me and the Jets D/ST left for my opponent. So basically, I need the Jets D/ST and Keller to approximately offset one another so I can get some more points (and the Jets can win), yet still maintain my leads.
