Furd
I'm not sure it is a phrase, or a slang term, but its "like," particularly when used in place of "said" or the equivalent. he was like "oh my god" she was like "I'm not going." I want to punch people in the face when I hear them say that.

Furd
Another thing that pisses me off is when somebody tells someone to "chill out." I really want to bust some caps and split some wigs when I hear that.

Perchoutofwater
Irregardless bugs the hell out of me. It's regardless people. Irregardless may finally be in some of the newer dicitonaries, but only because peopole didn't know how to speak english. I hate all the eubanics crap. While I love Jerry Rice, I've been listening to him on Sirius and every other word is "you know" or "uh".

TimC
I hate hearing,"can I get a witness", "Yo", "brotha", "ax" and a whole slew of terms related to the ones I just listed. Just say you hate black people and get it over with.

Men In Tights
"At the end of the day" is a great example that I hear overused in a corporate setting. "No worries" is a saying that a co-worker of mine uses much much too often. "Get ir done!" never struck me as being funny. "+1" is pretty ghey. +
Men In Tights
Phantom instead of fathom "to be honest with you" "think outside the box" "get the low hanging fruit first" then, one that isn't used enough, instead of saying I just took a dump, why not come out with: I just gave my sexyhole a real workout

JoJoTheWebToedBoy
"think outside the box" "get the low hanging fruit first" Yes these are irritating but not the worse. The one phrase that drives me absolutely insane is "We have to do more with less" And it is usually uttered by someone who doesn't do anything. That seemed to be the military's motto the whole time I was in. Drove me crazy. After constantly hearing it for 22 years, the first time I hear it uttered in the civilian world I actually said Bullsh!t out loud and walked out of the room. Oh, and one more.... Stretch Goal. Which usually means thet someone is setting an almost impossible goal for you to accomplish. But to hide it they call it a Stretch Goal. It's not a Stretch Goal, it a frickin goal. But the word Stretch makes it seem that it's not really a goal and if you don't meet it then it's no problem.

I Like Soup
When people say further instead of farther. I guess that is just incorrect use of the English language so for phrase or slang terms...I hate when someone says "whatever". You can't come up with something better than that? Whatever...er...
