PantherDave
Dan Morgan, how did he look? He played well-was around the ball, he was not timid-covered McMichael like a blanket and had 6 tackles.

CD6405
Well, we all knew before this week, the Rams are nowhere near the level of the Texans. Texans are a powerhouse football team and are a force.

PantherDave
...the Rams got completely dominated at home by the Panthers on both sides of the ball-the Rams went nowhere and the Panthers are a top contender to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl, if you think otherwise.....put the pipe down and back away. Tonarator-still somewhat new, CD whatever very new. No need to bump things, as I am here regardless. See my own post on the subject matter. Menudo
Well, Tonorator beat me to it, but, I had planned a bump of this thread this morning, if it hadn't already been done. I was just going to give it one of these................ However, I was unable to do so, as I was watching my Steelers dominate the Bills from my seat at Heinz field Tonorator, how do you feel about the Bengals defense ? Should I pick them up in my fantasy leagues ?
theprofessor
Hey, I kept my pie-hole shut all off season, they went into St. Louie vs the next stud RB the Top Gun QB the Elite WR corp......and punched them square in the mouth at home....and there was not a damn thing the Rams could do about it-period,as they got beat by a better and superior team..bottom fuggun line baby....bottom fuggin line. Pretty much the same thing Schwab, Green and AJ did to them yesterday ..... in their house. The Panthers continue to be the most underachieving team in Pro football. Just when you think they've turned the corner .... BAM .... back to reality. How does ANY team get dominated by the Texans at home? Let's ask Foxy ......... Worst part is, you just can't sit SS. As soon as you do, he'll turn a 6 yd. slant into a 75 yd. TD.

PSULions
I was unsure what to expect out of my Panthers today and was very glad to see both the offense and the defense did well today. As much as I want to be as exicted about the Panthers as PD is, I still need to see more from them before I will get too jacked up about this team. This game turned on the Rams losing Pace late in the 2nd quarter. After his replacement came in, the Panthers D looked much better. Not sure if they just stepped up their game or if the OL lost their leader and it became like a jail break as Bulger was running all over the place. The Panthers started running the ball effectively and as the D started wearing down... the Panthers started running it down their throats and running the clock. Did I like what I saw today... Absolutely, but my ensthusium is tempered by the fact this is just one game. The Rams will be fine as I believe they are a good team and Jackson will be a bigger part of the offensive gameplan going forward. I just hope Pace isn't out for a long period as it may be make it much more difficult to run the ball and stay balanced for any games they may be without him. Well, I am glad I didn't get too carried away with our win against the Rams (0-4), as our horrible losses at home against the Texans and the Bucs show that we have more than our share of issues too.... However, my assessment of the Rams was off as it looks like the loss of Pace for the rest of the season has their OL in shambles and it looks like it could be a long season for Rams as 0-4 is very hard to come back from espeically with SJax out for a few more games. The road warriers have a chance to redeem themselves next Sunday against the Saints, so we will see what happens.
