keggerz
1st, I hope everyone stays safe and IKE doesn't do any harm  2nd, I wonder how long before it can be replayed  3rd, This could mean a bunch of week2 fantasy games wont be able to declare a winner til a later date
alexgaddis
It's raining men! Hallelulah! It's raining men!, how is this going to affect this week in fantasy? Its Baltimore and Houston, so it shouldn't affect fantasy football at all...
Bring Back Pat!!!
not sure when they plan on doing that, different bye weeks, 10 & 8.
Big John
They don't have the same bye week. Â I would still doubt it would be cancelled as it would be a logistical nightmare. I still see it more likely to be moved to a neutral site (ala MIA/SD moved to ARZ a few yew years back) or Baltimore than cancelled. Since the storm window is bad, the other possibility of another day in the weekend is not possible.
DMD
you must not have andre johnson on most of your teams
cubdaddy
I can't believe they'd do that....they'll either have to play in Baltimore or move to another location....
keggerz
if its rescheduled I guess they could do it on a Thurs and treat it like a Thanksgiving Day game...except they would end up with a short week on both sides of the game
keggerz
you must not have andre johnson, DeMeco Ryans or Mario Williams on most of your teams Fixed

The Wolf
you must not have andre johnson on most of your teams   Paging Zia in 5...4...3...2...1........Billy's got mad man-love for AJ...are you heading over to his place to help him board up the windows?  I agree with BJ here...do not see a cancellation of a single NFL game under these circumstances. An entire slate of games, thereby extending the season by one week, yes. But one game? I see it being moved to a neutral site.  Since Houston was a landing site for so many from New Orleans, maybe the game can be played in the Superdome as reciprocation? Primetime9287
It sounds like Sirius doesn't know what they are talking about. Other forums I was reading say the same thing, yet NFL.com or anywhere els have not confirmed it.
DMD
I can find nothing on SportsCenter, ESPN, NFL.com, HOU team site or HOU Chronicle or the media access page for the NFL

Cunning Runt
Just walked out of the car from listening to Sirius talk about it. Solomon did jump the gun some. Â Said that the NFL was meeting today to talk about options. No decision has been made yet.
DMD
hurricane hits on SAT. Â If they wanted to still move it, Texas Stadium is empty on SUN. Plus we could get really great seats here in Dallas I would guess.
cliaz
How did the Saints make up the game they missed with Katrina rolled through? Or did they? I can't remember but i do remember a team had to cancel a game due to weather and it was played like during the week or something.
