But there is a great section of Douglas Adams "The Long Dark Teatime of The Soul" that deals with this subject. Turns out it was caused by Thor. I can generally call when a street light will flick off when we're walking/riding under it. A parlor trick so to speak I guess. Turns out there is this hugh deal called SLIders [street Light Interrupt +ders for an added ghey factor I guess]. This dude on my FB page told me to join this group and I didn't really read into them, just simply clicked join group. Their all about "Mind powers" over street lamps. It's weird.
