I bought them online late last night after my daughter went to bed. Found out this morning that her cousin already went and bought them yesterday. Now I actually have to drive to the stupid theater to get a refund of my $24 minus fees. Being the world's greatest dad is a pain at times.

So we went last night. Packed theatre of screaming 6-17 year old girls. My 7 year old loves this kid beyond belief. We took one of her friends from her class . So those 2 want to sit in the 2nd row. I sit there with them and my wife sits in the back with my oldest. I had a neck breaking Bieber experience for almost 2 hours. I can honestly say though that I dont think I have ever seen my little one enjoy a performance that much in her life. She enjoyed it more than when we actually saw him live. I found myself watching her more than the movie. She just kept periodically hugging my arm and saying I love you daddy. It was great.

As for the movie. Not that any of you care  It just chronicles the kids life from the beginning to when he sold out the garden. I gotta say, as much as his music doesnt appeal to any of us, he is a pretty talented kid. He is an above average drummer and plays about 5 instruments. They show him sitting in with a jazz band at a club at 9 years old. What I liked about this movie was that my oldest was there too and as most of you know, she aspires to be an actress and a lot of this movie was about how determined the kid was and how hard he worked to get to where he is.

Anyway. Commence abuse :putsupshield:

Really, I'm starting to wonder

Actually, I must admit when I first saw the trailer for the movie a couple of months ago I became kind of intrigued with this kid's story. At first I thought this kid was just another media creation but after seeing the trailer I realized that he was actually very talented and had worked pretty hard to get where he's at.

My 2 boys, they are 7 and 10, hate him. It's funny how early in life we learn to be "playa haters".
