League_Champion
They have problems. Is the Coach a dead Man walking?
rajncajn
That's a real shame because that's a very talented team. Carr would fit very nicely in New Orleans, though.

stevegrab
I suspect some of the issue is Josh McDaniels, never cared for the guy and think he could be a real hard ass like BB, but without the pedigree to back it up. It sucks for fantasy purposes as I have Jacobs, Adams and Carlson, almost zero 2 weeks ago then BOOM a big game from Adams with the other 2 doing just OK. purplemonster
Going to be a while before Josh McDaniels gets another chance if he screws the pooch on this one

He sucked at Denver. I’ve never been impressed. He’s had more sustained hype than any assistant I can remember.

Whenever the Browns had an opening (often in the past decade before Stefanski) I'd always hope we wouldn't go after Josh.

I agree, he might not make it through the season.

Jacobs has been very good and the 5th year option isn't much less than a franchise tag so declining was likely the smart decision despite his success. Raiders first-round picks from 2019-2021: 2021: Alex Leatherwood: Cut 2020: Henry Ruggs III: Cut 2020: Damon Arnette: Cut 2019: Johnathan Abram: Cut 2019: Josh Jacobs: 5th year declined. 2019: Clelin Ferrell: 5th year declined Edited November 10, 2022 by purplemonster
League_Champion
Maybe Derek Carr is the problem. It's a different year/team same issues. I really expected a breakout season from him but he sucks just the same.
